The staff was friendly and polite. Their dress code was casual. The continental breakfast was good. Same food all week. No variety. The cereal was empty on Wednesday, and was still empty when we left on Saturday. Attention to detail of the hotel was poor. ie. grass clippings covering the patio, weeds covering the stone landscape, tub drain was broke, toilet leaked, the breakfast area was not cleaned after the breakfast was over. The rooms were not cleaned daily unless you asked.
