Good stay
rooms were nice and quaint, didn't get much info on the property after leaving found out it had history. Breakfast was good, but had to ask for all of the empty food items to be replenished with still over an hour of service left. Everyone was super nice though.

Quick Stay
Cute place, pics make it look nicer than it was but it was clean and spacious. Gated entrance and exit which made it feel safer since the room entrances are on the outside. We did not take advantage of the breakfast, however, it is located in the mansion. Staff was super friendly.

Nice hotel with fantastic customer service
First off, the hotel was the only thing nice about the area. Booked a nonsmoking room, and it smelled like an ashtray. For the inconvenience they upgraded us to a better room that was great. Fantastic customer service. Breakfast was pretty good. They have to fix the hot water dispenser though. It takes about 5 minutes to fill a cup of hot water for tea. All in all, if I ever have to go to this area again, I’ll stay here.

We were "one nighters", but our stay was more than pleasant. Check in easy and quick, room clean and comfortable (shower excellent), breakfast great. Had a chance to chat with the staff and learn a little about the history of the house and Anniston. Made the stay even more pleasant. Thanks.

Great historic hotel, beautiful mansion, excellent breakfast, friendly staff. Great place to stay. Will stay again if I’m in Anniston. We were riding the Chief Ladiga trail and the parking lot is gated so perfect for leaving our bikes on the trailer.

Very Beautiful with a bit of noise
Excellent breakfast. Beautiful interiors and architecture. Emergency services was nearby. Several sirens in the night. The wall furnace made a tap-tap noise interrupting sleep.

Fun Christmas weekend!

we have stayed here many times. we have always loved our experience! The breakfast has always been remarkable but this time it was average. we were frequently waiting on them to refill something that had run out or for the coffee to be refilled! The breakfast was the same both days! The hotel rooms are comparable to another room but the experience in the main house always made this our go to spot but this time it was just mediocre!
