The shower head had one spray and you can compare it to a spray bottle or a can of defective hair spray. In addition there was a bulge or bump under the tub flooring. It is a hazard standing in a shower with a bulge under foot.The bed was horrible, hard as a rock and uncomfortable. There was no top sheet just a bedspread. It was if the bed had been turn around and put upside down backward. Your construction is cheap. Basically you have a concrete floor with cover only no padding not even cheap padding. If you are going to cut corners next time just paint the bare concrete blue forget the cloth. You might want to check your elevator for mechancial slippage as it bangs and clinges like a old car and it slips several times going up and slid twice coming down.You staff never greeted us upon entry.Then you can not understand them with that face diaper, and you already have the ceiling to counter plastic border. Communication was not comprehendible. Having to ask please repeat yourself is frustrating for both parties Why are your clerks dropping the last syllable and add the "un" sound to every word. My last name does not end with the letters "un" and not every sentence ends with the "un". Conrad and Nicky Hilton must be rolling over in their graves regarding what their Hotel chain has become. I will not stay at another Hampton Inn. Deer Park,Texas is a bust.

Breakfast staff were very nice and helpful. The only thing I was disappointed was that they ran out of sanitizer wipes at the front seat area and took them a while to refill.

Shop and Stay elsewhere.

This property is need of updates, no USB charging ports in the rooms, toilet backs up, pillows need replacing no vending machines on the floors, and these or just a few, of what needs to be updated.I have stayed here for several years and have seen the property go down,and if you ask about anything its the same old COVID excuse...
