My family stayed here for a district basketball tournament held in Bryan. The hotel staff are friendly and welcoming. The hotel has an eclectic feel and ambience. I love the layout of the rooms and courtyard. The hotel needs upgrades in the rooms. They are old and dingy. Please repaint, replace the flooring and upgrade the furniture and this hotel will be a premium hotel to stay at in College Station.

Good hotel for price
This hotel has a feel of Italy or somewhere out of the country. It’s very pretty in the lobby. And the courtyard is pretty. The mattress wasn’t the best and the bathroom could have been cleaner.

Must've been great back in the day.
The not so great. Feels like the owners are putting too much bank on a very old presidential visit and haven't maintained the units very well. This place would be awesome with a major facelift and modernization. Better news. We had an issue with the room and the staff and management were very attentive.

Website said King bed and it was not. Also said sofa sleeper and it was a futon. Said 4 coupe sleep and we had to go buy an air mattress.

Spanish style is unique but overall run down
This hotel has a unique Spanish style but overall is completely run down. Room walls and ceiling are thin. Road and parking lot noise could be heard all night. We could even hear the conversation of the people in the room above us. Floor grout had built up dirt, carpets were old and thin. Overall just an old run down feeling. Bed was comfortable. Having two separate bedrooms and a more apartment style was the reason we chose this hotel. However, it is not child friendly for example, dining chairs are bar height stools.

This hotel is extremely dirty and not well maintained. Sheets and duvet were stained with what looked like a food product and yellowing from age. Bathroom had black mold growing on the wall and splatter marks of an unknown substance. Refrigerator had not been cleaned since the guest before us because there was splashed food all on the inside. When I spoke with a manager regarding a bill issue, she was rude and unaccommodating. I would not advise staying at this hotel for any amount of time.

‘Twas the Night Before Graduation
This was a nice little place to stay while we were in town for my daughter’s graduation. The bed was comfortable and the area was very quiet. The only downfall was the temperature of the room was not in our control at all. The commute to Reed Arena for graduation was very easy and quick!

Not as adverised
I booked this place expecting a new and unique experience. With a name of Vineyard Court Designer Suite and beautiful pictures on the web site I was expecting a nice Italian Villa type experience, what we got was an old, re-purposed, apartment complex with boiler style heating that they don't turn on until there has been an extended period of cold weather. So we were expected to heat the place with a 9 inch, plastic counter-top heater that wouldn't heat the bathroom. The pillows were stained and the bed was full of dog hair apparently because they consider themselves dog friendly. We checked in at 4:00 pm and went to the event that we were in town for and got back to the room at 11:00. There is no front desk support after 10:00 pm so we just left and made the 3 hour drive back home starting at midnight. Definitely not the experience I had hoped for.
