I always try to choose a Marriott when possible. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at one. Short staffed, no breakfast available 2 of our 4 mornings there, 2 beds for 5 people and when I asked for a roll-away for my grandson, we got a mattress with no bedding. 3 towels for 5 people, I didn’t get the extra pillows I asked for until the 2nd night and I had to ask again. I was not the only room with the sleeping arrangement issue, there was another family that had 3 people that was supposed to have a bed and sleeper sofa, but their room had no sofa. I could go on, but you get the point.

Had a weird experience where I called twice to inform of red eye arrival (booked the room for 3pm but actually wasn't arriving until later in the evening, very late). Upon arrival someone had just taken a nap in one of my beds. There's more to the story but too much to write in a review. Luckily was upgraded to a different and nicer room.

I booked a king side bed with a sofa bed instead was given only a king side bed. After i got into the room immediately went to the front desk and the receptionist said expedia doesnt share that information with the hotel. I was complexed because it was a room option. She said she will get it over to me. After four hours went to dinner and seems like she forgot. When she saw me she said oh ill have it right over to you.

Expedia or whoever manages the choices of rooms needs to renew the options for this property. Staff told me King sized bed rooms don't come with a couch bed. Fortunately they gave me a portable mattress so it wasn't a problem.

Checked in with a young lady looking at her phone who appeared to be utilizing it as a mirror. She had a difficult time looking up my Bonvoy # (I’m a Lifetime Platinum Member) and never told me she gave me a handicap room. After checking in the room, I returned and questioned her and she replied “we are sold out”! Never received an apology or any other compensation…Further, I needed to stay a 3rd day, which I booked through the Bonvoy desk. To my surprise on this third day, they locked me out of my room after returning in the afternoon. While getting my keys reprogrammed I was asked for an ID by the new desk attendant. While I fumbled to get my ID, I questioned her “really?” while displaying the two cards and giving her my room # she snappingly stated “did I check you in?”…I assume, her meaning was if I had checked you in you wouldn’t have to show ID. She reprogrammed the cards without me displaying my ID….Imagine that!

It was mediocre. The room was old and dark. Toilet was REALLY low to the ground. Just kind of dingy overall.

The front desk staff not friendly, bothered to do check-in. Bedding was full of stains and shower did not drain well.
