很棒的酒店
酒店位置很赞！就在圣索菲亚大教堂后面，到老城区的任何景点都很近，只需要步行就可以到达。酒店的工作人员非常热情，不管何时都会报以热情的微笑和问候。酒店提供的早餐虽然是配餐，味道也不错。每天下午4点还会提供免费的下午茶。酒店的床上用品好舒服，只有一点小小的遗憾就是卫生间里干湿区没有分隔开，洗了澡，整个卫生间都是湿的。总体来说，入住体验非常棒！

Hotel location
The hotel is located at heart of the old town , we r right next to the blue mosque and Hagia Sophia ! It's very convenient to travel within the city by train ( line 1) . Great service ,friendly stuff and breakfast is fantastic !! The hotel is at the top hill hence if travel by taxi , it's a bit hard to find due to the road might be block ！

The staff is amazing...and the location cannot be beat. Keep in mind that this location is inside the UNESCO zone...so no car traffic...which is great, but it takes a little effort to check-in. Having said that, the front desk staffed WALKED over to where my cab dropped me off, and rolled my bag back to the location. Great service! The free breakfast was over-the-top good. It's an older boutique hotel...so keep that in mind. But now that I'm not doing business travel much, I steer away from large brands.

Good Location, but Hotel Could Improve
The hotel is well located. The breakfast is excellent and the staff and friendly and helpful. However, the recommended restaurants are not very good, there was no or limited hot water and the local taxis booked by the hotel are not always reliable. I had one especially bad experience with a taxi driver who did not know where he was going and ended up charging more than double what he had quoted. I travel a lot internationally (every few weeks) and stay in many hotels all over the world. For a boutique hotel, the St. Sophia is good, but still needs considerable work to be great. If location is what you desire, then a great choice. Otherwise, there may be better value propositions elsewhere.

Fantastic location. Great referral to a guide!
The location in the old city made it a great choice. With a 5-minute walk to the Hagia Sophia, we were thrilled with its convenience. The room was spacious and comfortable for two friends to share. What added to the experience was the tour guide the hotel arranged for us to do a private tour. Not only did he know his stuff, turns out he trained many of the guides running group tours. I doubt we would have found such an exceptional guide on our own.

Excellent Location, Cramped Accomodations
The hotel's location is superb, the staff is terrific and the breakfast is excellent. However the rooms are very small and the showers are awkward and very slippery. We were unable to unpack our suitcases due to lack of space. If you are staying for 2 or 3 days, you will be fine. A shout out to the staff for arranging tours and assisting with logistics, as the hotel is in a no-drive zone. Have your taxi call the hotel and they will have someone meet you at the drop off to take you and your bags to the hotel.

Could not have been better!
We couldn't not fault this hotel and the staff. They are so friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond, more than at any other hotel I've stayed at. They literally cannot do enough for you. Breakfast was tasty and plentyful. Expectations were exceeded. The room was large with a nice large bathroom. The bed was extremely comfortable. Had the best hotel sleep ever. The perfect place to get immersed in the historic culture of Istanbul.
