Overall Great Hotel, recommended. Bed is really comfortable. great location, food/gas station nearby, quiet at night. Great staffs. except my room during the stay was right beside dining area, we could hear the noisy from kitchen or cleaning area very clearly right after the breakfast started.

Very nice, comfortable, but has a resort fee

Very comfortable hotel. Clean and well maintained. There are also numerous bear carvings throughout the property that the kids will love. My only complaint is a $30 "resort fee." This really isn't a resort, so the fee seems a bit much for what is essentially a hotel. Keep the fee in mind when booking.

What a Fantastic Stay!

Another awesome stay at The Lodge. This was our third trip. What a comfortable room and mattress. The fireplace was nice also (although it's starting to get warm). The breakfast was a great surprise. We will continue to aim for this hotel when we visit Jackson!

No pets allowed...despite hotels.com information

We booked this stay on the assumption that the hotel was pet friendly. It was not. We had to make arrangements to make sure our dog was comfortable outside of the hotel the one night we stayed here. Nice hotel, but hotels.com needs to update the amenities information.

Wonderful Hotel! Really enjoyed my stay.

I stayed at The Lodge at Jackson Hole for three nights. It was my first time visiting Jackson and I was not disappointed. My room was beautiful, clean, and had every amity I could want, plus some! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The $5 breakfast buffet was a nice surprise that I definitely took advantage of. They also offered to-go picnic-type meals that you order the night before and pick up in the morning before you leave to go explore the area. It was also just outside of the busy area of town, which I liked. I have nothing negative to say. It was a great experience and I hope to go back!

Great Hotel

My family and I enjoyed our stay at The Lodge at Jackson Hole. The room was spacious and comfortable. The heated pool and hot tubs were lovely, especially the outdoor hot tub with a view of the mountains. The breakfast was good and a good value for $5. The location was convenient to the grocery store and a short drive into town for restaurants and shops.

Nice, but disappointed with breakfast

The hotel and my room was nice. But I was disappointed with the breakfast. I did go down rather late but it was obvious they did not restock items. The eggs were overcooked and scraping the bottom of the pan and the hand-cut fruit did not look fresh art all. The staff were removing items from the buffet and bakery area even before the end of breakfast! Disappointing.

Poor customer service

While our stay was generally good the customer service at the Lodge was very disappointing. On the day we checked out we accidentally forgot three jackets in the closet. Immediately on discovering this and only a few hours after we left we called the hotel and informed them of this and asked them to contact housekeeping and locate our jackets. We ultimately talked to four different people at the front desk over two days trying to locate our jackets, and then later left a review on the hotel's own review page, and still have not gotten any follow up or response to our request for assistance. Overall I was left with the impression that the hotel has no real policy to deal with this common occurrence and does not consider it to be a priority. I have stayed at a lot of places over the years and have never had such lack of service and follow through; normally in my experience the hotel will reach out to me and work to address the issue. For this reason we were left with a very poor impression of the hotel and its level of customer service.

Great place to stay in Jackson Hole

Really nice place - good shuttle service to the mountain. It is a bit far from 'downtown' but the free on-demand driver will take you and pick you up wherever you need to go - so we really enjoyed staying there.
