It's meh
For $60 a night you get what you pay for. Bed sheets came with a substantial amount of the previous occupants hair already on it. Bed sheet was not swapped out when room service came. Shower curtain smelled strongly of mildew, the cover to a vent was missing a screw and produced dust bunnies which fell on to the towels. Complementary bottles of conditioner and lotion had been used by previous occupant and not swapped out. My room was towards the back of the building near some piping that, from what I guess, supplied some type of gas into the building because you could smell it while outside. Reminded me of a propane leak. Heater worked which is really all I could ask for during those winter days.

Cold Room
The room was nice and but cold air was coming in through the front door. I took all the pillows except two and placed them at the bottom of the door then I took all the towels and push them through the cracks where the air was coming in. I then took my jacket and laid it over my legs and I took the bath mats and covered my feet. I also took the recliner and placed it on the other side of the door to stop the air on the right side of the door. After that all was good and I slept good. .

Concern
The bathroom area was small. I'm 6'2" 235 lbs. I barely could turn around in the shower. The door sweep at bottom of door did not go to the floor. Bugs were entering.

Where do I start? We came to Martinsville to attend Nascar. First off the tripled the rate starting on the 31st & then 1st & 2nd the 3rd the rate was doubled. Housekeeping was non existent. Twice I had to request a bath mat. The bed was only made once. Breakfast was lukewarm coffee watered down juice, waffles some fruit & little sausage biscuit things you warmed in the microwave. The room cards only worked for a day. Bathtub was disgusting, plaster on the floor. Spiders in the room. Save your money don’t book this.

I booked this location because of its short distance to the racetrack. Price was excellent, service was great. Obvious at this price it’s not 5 star but suitable for a race weekend. The only issue was I’m a non smoker in a smoking room. The people that checked out before me were heavy heavy smokers and it took days for the oder to relax. Nice quiet sleeps and easy parking made it good for me.

It was ok, nothing special. I had to change rooms. I was given a room were the TV didn't work and it smelled like smoke. The room is was given was a little better. The bathtub was dirty.

This property is barely passible in cleanliness. There was black mold on our shower curtain dirt in corners. Bugs dead in room dressers bugs all over outside walls. Normally do not post terrible reviews but when they were cleaning my room they left door open and was four doors down. All manager could say is I’m sorry! If I have to do it over I wouldn’t

The breakfast was subpar. The bed was uncomfortable, the sheets were old. No pillow protector- just a pillow case. The bedded was nasty. Friends could stay because their room was a smoking and it was awful!!!!! We were there for a NASCAR race and the rates were jacked up. But very limited options.

I could not get ahold of front desk after a few different numbers were called. so had to walk to the office to tell.them that. My ac heater unit was not working. Maintenance was called and eventually a different unit had to be put in. It took over 2 hours, time i was supposed to be using my room. Thanks to the maintenance guy, he was real nice during this. The next evening , i went to the lobby, i needed my.room.card reactivated and the lady at the front desk was completely disoriented to the point of alsmost d Falling asleep, she seemed drunk. I dont know. The customer in front of me said shes messed up. She said it was her blood sugar. I dont know but it was a horrible experience. The breakfast next morning was ridiculous. There only was a waffle maker, some frozen biscuits, and a bad banana and apples. What kind of service is that. I paid almost $500 for the weekend and it was a horrible experience. I m not sure if i will.. be back but i should be compensated in some way.
