Stay Away
Rent 3 rooms for overnight stay in Cairo for me and staff , immediately upon opening the door, 2 out of the 3 rooms reeked of weed, rooms had such strong odor of weed it was unbearable, ask for different rooms, staff at desk said they could not switch rooms out for us, but could spray air freshener in room, so i decided this was not any place i wanted us to stay at, i ask that reservations be canceled,, after many emails with Expedia, Expedia said that the property refused the refund. I advise to steer clear of this Hotel.

I would not stay again.
If you are an Experian/Hotels.com member do NOT expect ANY preferential treatment. The room had NO electricity by the bed. So no charging while reading iPhone in bed. The front desk would NOT give us another room because all the rooms allotted to Experian members were taken. AND there were plenty of open rooms. Asked for two extra towels. Front desk said they had none. The outside of the facility needed a good cleaning. Dirt everywhere. WHY DID STAY???? ONLY because we have limited visibility at night. I’ve NEVER given a poor review. THIS LOCATION earned it!!!! Hopefully they will make necessary changes.

Perfectly okay
Simple room with comfortable bed and pillows, sheets were clearly old and worn out, bathroom was clean but not well taken care of, fridge had been turned off so there was mold growing inside and smelled terrible. It was overall as I expected, fine but not great.

Rooms are very clean. Unnecessary wait time at front desk due to no bell or buzzer to alert staff. While taking showers the water temperature would go from warm, to cold, to very hot.

Room smelled like it had been smoked in for years. Rusted towel holder where the towels were. Breakfast served from 6 to 8am on a sunday, very limited time for a weekend.

The room had an odor. Tub did not drain well at all, leaving one standing in water while showering. Bathroom sink would not drain, husband had to pull stopper out to drain. Pain chipping and peeling on wall behind bed and bathroom door. Small towels.

Hurricane Milton
Price gouging. Hurricane Milton and evacuees filled this hotel at quadruple their regular rates. There were no rooms available anywhere within the whole bottom of the state of Georgia. The office staff and employees were friendly. Food decent. Rooms are sub par although I did like the vinyl floors for the dogs. I just want to say disaster evacuees have enough stress with the possibility of losing homes and worrying about friends and families who decided to stay. Being overcharged is the wrong way to go. More than a twenty percent upcharge is unacceptable. We paid about three hundred and fifty percent more than regular rates plus or minus. I’m a huge contributor to small business and this is not okay.

Horrible place to stay. Don’t waste your money.
I have stayed in numerous hotels, and this was the worst hotel ever. This place was not clean at all. There were roaches crawling on the floor. I had an iron but no ironing broad, so I had to use one of our towels to place on the counter to be able to iron. And the worst thing that happened was, somehow the bathroom door Locked and I was unable to get into the restroom. I woke up at 3 o’clock in the morning to use the restroom and wasn’t able to get in. I called the front desk 13 times and no answer. I walked down to the lobby area to find out that both the side door and the front door were locked with a sign stating that if you needed assistance to call the number that I had already called 13 times with no answer. Luckily, I had another family member staying at the hotel and I was able to use their restroom at 4 o’clock in the morning. I do not recommend this hotel at all. You will waste your money and their customer service was horrible. When I mentioned to them the experience I had all they could say to me was I’m sorry I’m sorry.
