Excellent Hotel-great night's stay

Right off the highway 51 so very convenient with no traffic noise. Room was clean and the front desk people were very polite and helpful and efficient. Had a great night's rest. Will stay again when traveling on that route in Tennessee.

Nice Enough

We rented a room here for 1 night while we were in town for a funeral. The room itself was nice enough, if a little bit on the small side, and two of the three lamps in our room didn't work, but otherwise the room was fine. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean and much nicer than in our last visit to this hotel a few years back. Overall it was fine for what we paid, but I was disappointed in the lack of lighting and space.

GREATTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT!!!!!!!

I had really never stayed at Quality Inn until I found it last year when I went to visit my son. The hotel is convenient to everything you need to get to. The clerk and other employees were friendly. This is the only hotel I want to stay at when I come to Covington.

Disappointing based upon other reviews

From previous reviews I would have expected better accommodations. I was very disappointed. The staff was friendly but the room itself smelled. Next time I'll spend a little more and stay at the Holiday Inn Express nearby.

Run down Hotel

The comforters were old and shabby. I was afraid to touch them. The furniture was worn and very out of date. This hotel needs a complete renovation and update!!!

Unsatisfactory

Requested non-smoking room which I did not get and staff said I must have requested a smoking room and, besides, no non-smoking rooms were available. The general condition of the hotel is poor..in serious need of cleaning and repair. We will never stay there again.

Great stay for the price

I was in town for a softball tournament and stayed here. The front desk person was nice, the free breakfast was great, nice pool, clean rooms, and within half of a mile from where I needed to be. In that town, I think that this was as good as you could get.

Not Recommended

The paint and finishings were less than desirable. They had an anniversary party in the banquet room, but apparently the sound proofing was inadequate because we could here the loud music until 11pm and we had a 3 year old trying to go to sleep. The continental breakfast was only okay. I would not stay here again with my family or by myself.

The hotel staff was very friendly, & helpful. The room was very clean, & comfy beds. Close to lots of stores & restaurants. Overall, perfect price compared to the other hotels.

Comfy & great location

This hotel was one of the best that I've stayed in recently. The staff was very friendly, the room was fresh, nice, and comfortable. The location was excellent, plently of restaurants nearby. I would stay here again, for the next family reunioin.

You get what you pay for.

The hotel was OK. It was not expensive. The bed was high even for my 6 ft tall self. The biggest issue was no hot water on Sunday morning even at 7:00 a.m. Free breakfast looked OK, but very little space to sit. One large family filled it. We went to the MacD's across the street. Sheets didn't fit the bed well and pulled off easily.
