Horrible customer service

I didn't make it to the hotels as i had car trouble on the way. I reached out to hotles.com to let them know that i had to get a tow truck and they tried to reach hotel for me and noone answered. I have screenshot of my conversation with hotels.com. The hotel marked me as no show. I called to request a refund as an unforseen situation occured. They wont do a refund or offer a stay another time. This is horrible customer service.

Excellent where it counts!

Very comfortable bed (King room), love the laminate flooring and BRAVO for USB outlets in accessible places. A/C worked well. Staff all very friendly and helpful, in person or on the phone. GREAT walking trail behind the hotel for our dog, including a convenient bag/disposal station. Breakfast was good, coffee just adequate. Building slightly ragged in some public areas but it's just cosmetic, they have invested where it counts! Would love to see a lighted mirror in the rooms for applying makeup. Would stay again.

Newly renovated but still lacking

For a newly re ovated hotel, there is still work to be done. The electical outlets obviosly did not get swapped pit with the lastest renovation as many in the room were broken. Be careful when entering the hotel from the pool as the tile in the lobby is extremely slippery when wet - maybe a poor choice of tile at that point. Breakfast was ok. The english muffins seemed like they were very stale and could pass as a hockey puck instrad. Breakfast room was got and could not stay very long in there as the heat is up too high for my liking

Great Place to Stay

Everything was great! The room, the facilities in general, best breakfast I've had at a motel. Fitness center was great according to my wife. If I had any complaints.. pillows were awful. No support at all, even using 3. The WiFi was very weak. My vehicle was vandalized in the parking lot, which they took no action. Luckily it was done in magic marker and wiped off. If I'm in the area again, I would come back to La Quinta!

Wonderful stay.

A very nicely decorated and comfortable hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the continental breakfast offered a variety of options. Our room was nicely appointed with very comfortable beds. I would definitely stair here again. It’s convenient to everything.

Just OK

The room was nice and enough space for a couple of people. Beds were comfortable and microwave and refrigerator worked well. Breakfast was poor, the fruit was old and we needed to ask for replacements. Daily things were not stocked and we need to keep asking for items. Additionally, although we had a three day stay, our key was only active for two. We don’t know that and had to go back to the front desk after a long day to be rekeyed.

Half done reno

This hotel has been renovated in the last year however, it is apparent that only some things were done. The common areas were done all of the way, but the rooms were only half done. Disappointed to find that the electrical outlet in the bathroom was broken as well as one of the outlets in the room. The bathroom mirror was broken in several spots too.
