Disappointed and mad.
Well the trip was for my mother who is 81 years old so she could swim in the pool and hot tub. It’s been several years since she had the opportunity to have fun in the water. Well we get there and the handicap seat for assistance in the pool just broke according to the manager. I have made two conversations before arriving inquiring to make sure chair works and pool is heated. We checked in around 3pm and by the time we got around to swimming the chair was broken. My mother has bruises from trying to sit on the side of the hot tub soaking her feet. That’s bad business. I called twice to make sure before arriving and I spent the whole visit with my mom apologizing to her for not being able to swim, probably the last time in her lifetime. I want my money back!
