Bed too soft, pillow too thick
The King bed was way too soft. The pillows were way too thick. I could not find a comfortable way to sleep. Got up in the morning with stiff back and sore neck. Managed to switch to a room with a queen bed. It was much better. Had to go out and buy my own pillow. Hot tub and fitness room were closed. I did not know that when booking the room.

We had originally booked for 2 nights to attend an event in town, but shortly before we arrived our event was cancelled and the staff allowed us to cancel our room for the 2nd night with no charges

Solid hotel in downtown Invermere. Rooms were clean, staff friendly and the included breakfast was well done.
