When we checked in, the young lady looks like she would rather be somewhere else. We used to like staying here because of the friendliness in checking in. We felt welcome. This time even if we passed by, the young doesn’t even look at. She should be in the front. The service we got the next day for breakfast. The young gentleman who was cleaning was nice enough to look at us and nodded. The breakfast was good, the scramble egg not too rubbery. The staff that checked us out was nice and pleasant.

Expected quality

I travel as a consultant for law enforcement and the military, thus many nights out-of-town are my norm. My recent stay in Moscow, Idaho at the La Quinta was not a memorable stay to say the lease. Accommodations in the small college town is driven by the sporting events and not assisting out-of-state individuals assisting the health of your Communities. The over pricing with extremely modest amenities were rather shocking. I found servicing individual rooms on a three day schedule unacceptable. Although recently renovated, bathrooms walls in room (209) by the shower / tub had large areas of tapping and paint missing. My traveling accommodations are seldom with La Quinta and this trip confirms why I shall use and support competitors who are most directed to customer service. I have no malice towards your establishment, however, we all must make wise business decisions regarding our accountability toward our spending. Premier Quality

Best hotel stay I've had in a long time. Clean room, clean facility, friendly staff, tasty continental breakfast, convenient location, easy parking... all around great experience. I stayed two nights with them, then moved to a different hotel [for work purposes] (a bigger, more "upscale" hotel) and immediately missed my room here. The quality is premier. Thank you.

King room great double Queen simply okay

The TV was not working in the king room which was very nice so we were transferred to a two queen which was not near as nice. The bed had a sway in the middle and the air conditioner was not quiet by any means. Nice young lady who checked us in but didn't even have a maintenance person to help us with the TV in the king room.

The air conditioning unit was pretty loud and probably needs an overhaul. I know it’s doing its job, but the on and off all night was a little interruptive. Bed was super comfortable. The office chair in our room looked as if a pet guest might have gotten ahold of it!

A few hiccups, but ended well.

First stay at the Moscow/Pullman La Quinta. Very friendly and helpful staff. They not only took care of my needs but as I was awaiting check in I was impressed with people physically going to verify room conditions and not making assumptions (I was a little early). I had an issue with the showerhead that was leaking excessively, but that was resolved within a day. I moved a chair in the room and there was some small debris and a bug crawling about where the chair had been. Strangely, the black out curtains were not designed to close over the entire width of the window and the light was directly in my room all evening. Odd choice. Very nice pool, exercise room and a decent hot breakfast. About what I expected based on previous stays at other La Quintas.
