Mixed Views
The main two things i would like to see is someone at the front desk for checking in and checking out. This is the first person you see as well as the last person you see when you depart. Instead, I had to go back to my car to get my phone to call a number at check in for him to come to the front desk. This was late afternoon, not late at night. I was given an obviously used key card cover with door key. That was gross! When I checked out, the same think occurred. I called and he told me I could just leave my key on the desk on the phone. That does not represent appreciation of your hotel guests at all! Secondly, have a grab and go breakfast would be great. Having coffee ONLY from 0600am to 1100am for your guests knowing there is nothing close around wouldve been good to know so we could've brought our own coffee pot. These things take away from the other positive aspects of your hotel.
