Bra hotel överlag, maten var en extrem besvikelse! De gör reklam för hur många restauranger de erbjuder men en eller två var ALLTID stängda under hela våran vistelse, de varierade mellan vilka restauranger de höll öppna och vilka de stängde. Jätte dåligt med variation i maten och det som fanns var helt smaklöst. Drinkarna i baren var som att dricka saft, väldigt lite alkohol fanns i, om ens något. Städningen i rummen var jätte dålig, de bäddade sängar och slängde in nya handdukar bara, vi blev tvungna att efterfråga lite dammsugning och torkning av borden. Vid flera tillfällen så togs inte ens gamla tallrikar och glas bort, byte av sängkläder fick vi efterfråga 3 gånger innan det hände något. De är trevliga och lovar en massa saker men tyvärr så händer ingenting.

Very nice and friendly staff

Overall our stay was good. The staff is very friendly and nice. The hotel is clean. The food was the issue. Yes the buffet are huge and variety of choices but the taste was not very delicious. It makes sense when they have to cook for over than 500 people every day. They have also some good restaurants, booking is required before, the food is delicious. I recommend the hotel.

Great stay at Royal Solaris Cancun

We just returned from an amazing stay at Royal Solaris and I cannot say enough about the incredible staff who made our trip so special. First and foremost, Azucena, Mariana and Amy from the Kids Club were absolutely phenomenal. We have been to many resorts but their dedication and care for the kids were on another level. They were warm, attentive and truly passionate about what they do. Our little one felt safe, happy and excited every day and as parents that peace of mind is priceless. They made us feel like family and created a real home away from home experience. A big thank you to the reception team as well. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us, especially with our phone with special needs. They were patient, understanding and always willing to help in every way possible. The cleaning staff also deserve recognition. Every single person we encountered was friendly, accommodating and quick to respond to any request. Anytime we needed something extra it was delivered right away with a smile. Our room was spotless every day and their attention to detail made our stay even more comfortable. And the entertainment was top notch. The Moulin Rouge show was breathtaking, the acrobatics were incredible and the foam parties were so much fun. There was always something exciting happening and the atmosphere was full of energy and joy. From start to finish, the level of service, hospitality and entertainment at Royal Solaris was exceptional. We felt

Falta de respeito e gentileza saída

Atendimento na entrada e saída com segurança eles tratam hóspede como se fosse bandidos, hoje na saída não ajudaram na colocação da mala no carro ficam pedindo o ticket de saída debochando transando como se fosse bandidos. Péssimo não volto mais a esse hotel . Essas pessoas precisam de treinamento. Hospedagem é paga antes, não há motivos para essa falta de respeito e gentileza.

I recently stayed at this all-inclusive hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always ready to help and made the atmosphere feel warm and relaxed. The food and drink options were decent, and I appreciated the convenience of everything being included. However, a few issues did affect the stay. Some of the facilities were under repair during my visit, which limited access to certain amenities. Additionally, the elevator was frequently out of service, which was inconvenient, especially for guests with mobility concerns or heavy luggage. Despite these setbacks, the hospitality of the staff made a big difference. With a few maintenance improvements, this place could be an excellent option for a relaxing getaway.

The property is ok but needs some upgrades. The beach is small, and you can't get into the ocean because it is violent. The waves are just too big to enjoy. The check-in was unpleasant; we were not informed about the property, and had to find out from the waiter where we could have other food options. They did not make any effort to make our room ready at least a little bit earlier.

I loved the welcome presentation in the room upon entering from booking through expedia we recieved 2 desserts along with a bottle of champagne on ice and the bed nicely decorated everyday. However, their front desk is not welcoming. Food and service in the buffet was severely lacking. Not much to choose from. Would have eaten tacos everyday at this point but they werent even available. Ate only salad one of the evenings. Had breakfast twice at Caribe instead and service was outstanding and their breakfast was kept warm amd delicious. I also preferred the bar in lobby at Caribe. It was way more sophisticated to grab a drink than at Royal where it feels like you are grabbing a drink from a side truck at the corner of a bad club. Bartenders were all friendly. Best ones were at swim up and Caribe. Entertainment was okay. Foam party would have been a blast if they actuallly were organized ans included the guests. They just danced around looking at eachother. Pools are all beautiful and well kept. Best dinner is only at reserved restaurants. Overall its an okay stay if you going for a short vacation for beach and pools. But, would not be able to enjoy myself longer than 4 days.
