Horrible experience. Was charged a 300 dollar smoking fee when we did not smoke in the room. Absolutely ridiculous, and the manager at the front desk was ZERO help, and rude!!!

We came 2pm and had to wait for the room or pay for «early» check in. Not possible to buy any food and coffe shop closed 2pm. No service by the pool, shower not working. No customer focus. How difficult can it be:-( advise parking 2 blocks down, 1/3 of the price..

Disappointed

The hotel’s location, valet and front desk were the best part. One elevator shuddered when in use, the room had a damp smell like mildew/mold. The bathroom was in bad need of an upgrade. I wouldn’t stay there again, and it wasn’t worth the money we paid.

Very Okay

It was very okay. Not great. Not bad. Just okay. It seems like an old hotel that’s been renovated but now it’s time for another renovation. It was decent but slightly outdated. The bathroom was VERY small and needed a little attention. One of the elevators was rickety. It was like the little engine that could. I think I can, I think I can, I think I can. Needless to say, I did not take that elevator again even though I was on the 11th floor. The price point should be about $125. Any more than that and you’re not getting your money’s worth.

Not sure how it is possible that a Hilton has rooms with carpet that is so stained and smells so bad in the first room they gave me. Then the second room I opened the door and it had the mattress off the bed and standing up in the room with what I hope was only water stains. Since I checked in so late I had no choice but to stay the night in the third room but was gone next morning early never to return.

Overpriced and outdated, avoid this hotel

Room smelled extremely musty, carpet had stains and the floor was wet by the dresser. After looking, the fridge was frozen and leaking on the carpet. Found a live cockroach in the bathroom.

Could and should have been 4-5 stars

Arrived friday night and everything was good, staff was friendly and all that was cool but the elevators were kind of rickety and shook pretty bad, was a little scary. The tv was kind of working but the one in the bedroom wasn't working. I informed staff members that the coffee maker wasn't working and i was told it would be resolved soon. The bed was very comfortable and the the room space was great but i was disappointed by these other things. Oh and by the way the shower wand for the handicapped tub was spraying out of the hose connector.

In need of a serious update. Both times I stayed rooms were moldy smelling. There were no glasses in the room for a drink of water and the bottled water was for ‘gold members’ otherwise $2.50 a small bottle. The valet staff works very hard to move cars and the staff otherwise was nice. With all the choice around that area however, I won’t be staying again.

We enjoyed staying at this Hilton. It’s very convenient to the bayfront. The Saturday farmer’s market across the street was great! The hotel is a little older, but I found the room to be very clean and the staff friendly. The bar on the main floor had excellent food and drinks. There was no self parking at the hotel and the valet parking, if you were staying there overnight, was quite expensive. I wish there was a better option for this. Between the parking fees and the “daily resort fee”, a good bit was added to the bill total.
