Mein Mann und ich wurden in das dazugehgörige Nachbarhotel gebucht, meine Buchung im Premier war wohl nicht zu finden. Ich denke, dass das Hotelüberbucht war. demzufolge waren wir in einem fürchterlichen abgewohntem Zimmer ohne Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine oder Wasserkocher. Und ich hatte ein Premier Zimmer gebucht wegen der Größe, der Helligkeit und den Annehmlichkeiten. Zum Glück hat man uns das inklusive Frühstück gelassen, welches aber auch nur zum Mitnehmen auf das Zimmer bereit gestellt wird. Das Nachbarhotel bietet nämlich gar kein Frühstück an. Ich kann nur sagen: Nie wieder! Und dann noch unverschämt teuer.

Check in should have been 4pm, flight from UK 4am and took this into account. When checking in our rooms weren’t ready until 9:30pm very tired and disappointed won’t be booking again

There was no fridge in the room which was unfortunate since there were tons of places to buy novelty foods/pastries. We ended up stacking our foods in the window sill in attempts to keep them cool. While the room had a nice deep tub, the faucet spit out a ton of hard water debris and the water was green. Probably due to old copper piping. There was a shower also but the shower stall was very small and the shower head was terrible. Complimentary breakfast was just single packaged muffins, danish, some cereal, and fruit. Nothing hot except coffee. There was no where to sit to eat so you have to bring your food back to your room. They do offer a bag check before you are able to check in at 4:00pm which is very helpful! Beds in the room are comfortable but you will hear all of the noises from broadway ave and surrounding areas. Plenty of shops and restaurants near by. Hotel is within walking distance of all the sights we wanted to see. There are plenty of shows in the immediate area as well!

After a long wait time for check in, I was told that my name was not on the list. After a while, reception told me that I had been moved to the other property owned by the same property owners. I moved to the new hotel and had to wait again in a long check in line. The room given was not clean. The walls required paint. The desk was full of scratches. The light switch was broken and the broken frame was full of dirt!

En positif : localisation parfaite, taille réduite de l'hotel pour le quartier ( seulement 18 étages de chambres ) , ascenseurs ultra-rapides ( jamais d'attente ) , relation personnalisée avec le personnel et qualité de ce personnel ( gentil, souriant, efficace, désireux de bien faire) , qualité des services de chambre en semaine ( 19ème étage en ce qui me concerne ) , coffre très fonctionnel, excellente qualité du matelas. En négatif : insonorisation vis-à-vis des bruits de l'extérieur à améliorer ; choix trop limité pour le petit déjeuner ( trop de sucré , pas assez de salé et aucune protéine) , état de la chambre critiquable : d'une part du fait du manque d'entretien ( marques de coups dans le mobilier et les encadrements de portes ) d'autre part du fait d'un défaut de conception de la salle de bain : baignoire peu pratique.

No bar or restaurant on site. It is next door. Great BBQ across street! They do not have the afternoon drinks and free hors d'oeuvres as advertised. Beds were comfortable room was nice.

Poor customer service

Room was nice. Everything was fine but the service. Front desk person upon checkout was rude. I was not sent a receipt upon checkout, I called and asked for one and it was not sent to my email. I called a second time and it still was not sent to my email. I should not have to ask for a copy of my receipt.
