Its a bit over priced. Overall we enjoyed our stay. I did find it annoying that there is an extra charge for the family movie night. The domes have no TVs. They played old movies for an extra fee. It should be included with what you pay to stay there.

It was a neat experience but the service was terrible. No one knew what they were doing and our dome leaked water all over us and our bed. Instead of sending someone to patch the leak they threw some ratty towels on our bed so we could clean all the puddles on the floor and try to keep our bed dry by covering it with the dry towels. We were supposed to get a partial credit but never did

Not recommended It was very cold and the ac wasn’t working well They also gave us a mini ac abut it wasn’t working. Air drier wasn’t working The room was dirty and with a lot of dust. Food was terrible and some of it wasn’t fully cooked.

Nicest staff! And the breakfast was delicious even though we were the last people dining before the end of season. We were nicely greeted, offered hot coco and marshmallows. Breakfast coffee was also complimentary. Thank you so much! Will be definitely going back!

Staff need hospitality training. We checked in at 6PM and were told our room is not ready. Staff had an attitude and not apologetic at all. I was told they only have 2 housekeepers which is not my problem.We ate at their restaurant very pricy for the quality of food. We finally get to our dome at 7:15PM. Not enough lighting inside which is good otherwise you may not be able to sleep if you see the dingy room and it has a musty smell. Not enough outlet to charge your phone. The wall papers are peeling off. The bathroom is moldy around the edges. For the price you pay I expect at least something decent. You are better off going to a motel I think. For the stargazing it was good but you get that experience by camping outside in the dirt. I will not go back to this place nor recommend it to other people. It was my first time to give a bad review ever. What a disappointment .
