One of the worst hotel stays I've ever experienced, and that's saying something. Customer service was either unavailable or downright hostile. I called the front desk: "Could I get a couple more pillows and towels?" "No pillows. You can have 2 towels." 😳 Oh, and I had to go back down to the lobby from the 19th floor to get them myself. The bed was unbelievably uncomfortable, like from another planet. The room was dingy and sparse and dirty. They did update the bathroom a bit, I'll give them that, but the sink was clogged. And the TV didn't work. One of the main reasons we booked this place was because they advertised on Hotels.com that they have an airport shuttle. Come to find out you have to book your own shuttle with a third party and you have to somehow magically know that you need to do it 24 hours in advance. Which, of course, we didn't know, so we ended up having to arrange our own transportation to the airport. Unbelievably bad, top to bottom. Do not stay at this hotel.
