Horrible- avoid!
I checked in for a 3 night stay. Not only were there bedbugs in my first room, but I asked to be moved and there were bedbugs in my other room as well. I asked for a refund and they gave me one for only 1 night not the 2 nights I didn’t stay. In addition it is a very sketchy area.

420 friendly
Never thought these hotels still existed. I thought I was in a movie. There were characters everywhere even the managers are supporting actors in this backbyard production. His name is Paul and he a hell of a manager. He listens to his staff and follows their instructions. Even if they are DEAD wrong by stealing ya weed. The cameras get erased.

Worst hotel since bates motel. I hated everything about it . They are stuck back in 50s with decorum and mindset. Mayberry all over again. The second shift lady on front desk is a hoot. Dirty linen and management

Pest heaven
Car was vandalized and room was entered by room service while I was in shower. They didn’t even apologize. Cost me a 500 deduction. Wow what a trip roaches and rats. Oh yeah found a loaded syringe!!!!

Hell on earth
Well where to start ….this is by far the worst experience ever . I was forced to do it because of situations but the minute I could escape . My family and I did . Illegal activity. Roaches , crackheads and even maids that don’t clean. Dogs in every other room and yeah management that can’t manage. No wonder it’s cheap. Take ya registration to ya gun because there are plenty of rif raft running around with ghost guns

I booked the hotel through Expedia and was sent an itinerary with a confirmation number of 28701796 and Expedia Itinerary number for 72980073499451 for a total bill of $66.62. However, Colony Inn charged me $78.39. The attendant and manager said that they were not aware of any agreement with Expedia. They had my reservation which was booked through Expedia and should have been aware of the price that was offered but still charged me a higher price. This appears to be a breakdown in communication and false advertisement. I would not book at Colony Inn again. I would like my $11.77 refund. Quality on a Budget
Quick easy flawless check in with a very pleasant gentleman behind the counter. Rooms are basic but clean, well lit and stocked. No frills.

Great checkin. I had requested a ground floor room, but management put me on the second floor, but the checkin lady was able to get me a ground floor room. Bed was ok, as was the shower, but HVAC was miserable, hair dryer only shut off with a coffee cup modification. Toilet sear had an illegal tear in it, see photos
