My wife and I were pleasantly surprised with the Comfort Inn and their rooms. It was very clean and comfortable. If we had an issue with the room, it would, it needs a second chair. breakfast was hmm good. We also like coffee 24/7.
I do have one issue. I was discovered after we returned home. As we were going over the final bill we found a charge for a safe on there. We did not use or ask for a safe. Upon a phone call we were told that the desk person could not tell us about the safe charge and because we didn't say, "we don't want the safe" we were charged. That... is very clever and sneaky. You can't tell me about the safe charge; therefore, I cannot refuse it, therefore you can charge me. That is what I call underhanded.
Change that!
