DO NOT LIKE THE VIRTUAL ASSISTANT STUFF
The front desk check in was very nice. The breakfast is ok. I do not like the virtual assistant. If u can pay someone to sit behind a screen some where then pay an actual person to do the job. The guy the virtual assistant called concerning the breakfast was not very polite. He came down like he had been hiding some where and was on his phone. Barely took care of the small issue and disappeared. Go back to human interaction. I will not stay again. How do u handle a serious issue. When i ran hotels it was a very serious issue to not have someone at the front desk over night. I will choose another hotel brand in order to have the REAL customer service. I will choose another brand. To me, virtual assistant is a lazy way to handle customers.
