Paying for days that you didn’t stay!!
This stay Was accidentally booked a week in Advance. Due to Hotels.com calendar Not tracking appropriate days of the week like other websites. I stayed with this hotel two days and it was an OK experience. They would not work together and give me a refund for the day that was accidentally booked. Hotel said they would refund it the day. I actually checked in there and Hotels.com could not reach the front desk to ask for the refund. All they had to do was pick up the phone and call to get Approval to refund it. Hotels.com did not even try. I received permission the day after I made the reservation through the hotel. Very frustrating experience.
