If you must....

Broken wall sconce replaced with inadequate desk lamp. Toilet seat loose and lid would not stay up. No maid service. Had to go to desk to replace towels, etc. Desk clerk was kind enough to schlep my luggage to second floor.

I really like Buena Vista, CO, but it is sometimes difficult to get a hotel room there. I know Wyndham owns Super 8. I just wish this hotel was a little more Wyndham and a little less Super 8.

Horrible Hotel - Do not stay here

This place was a dump. The room was in bad need of repairs. it was noisy and it was definitely not wort the $212 rate i paid. I'd rather sleep in my car. The place was over run with French visitors and they took up all seats during breakfast. I had to stand to eat. Pathetic. I am done using Hotels.com if this is waht they have to offer.

First day one of our doors to the outside was sticking and couldn't get in management helped right away. Pool and hot tub were closed and didn't say anything at all on Expedia website or when I called!

House cleaning is kind of poor here. There was a film on the mirrors, the windows on the first floor or dirty on the inside not just the outside. There was also random dirt throughout the room. I don't expect a whole lot from a three-star hotel but maybe just a little more cleanliness than this super 8 has to offer.

Disrespectful, Inaccessible, and Disheartening

I hardly know where to begin. The price of this room was outrageous for what we received, and the disregard for accessibility was unacceptable. No guest—especially one with disabilities—should ever feel their well-being is an afterthought. My friend and I were in town for a funeral with her elderly service dog. I was in an air-boot, using a cane, dependent on oxygen, and made specific accessibility requests weeks in advance, asking for a first-floor room unless an elevator was available. Despite this, we were placed on the second floor. With hunting season filling every hotel for miles, we had no alternative. This forced my friend to carry her large, elderly dog up and down stairs repeatedly—physically exhausting and unsafe for both. The room itself was worn but not filthy, yet the bathroom was unacceptable, with years of neglected grime on the tub and walls—clear evidence of poor upkeep and cleaning. The only saving grace was the compassion of the check-in manager, who offered to refund our stay and even carried my oxygen concentrator upstairs. His kindness could not outweigh the property’s failure to honor accessibility requests or provide safe accommodations. This stay was not just disappointing, it was disheartening. Accessibility is not optional, and disabled guests deserve dignity, not disregard. This property failed in nearly every respect.

Great Stay

This was a great surprise -- first time staying here, as I usually stay at the other chain hotel in BV. Super clean, though the stairwell was a bit musty. The room was amazingly clean though, and I had a great hot breakfast as well both mornings of eggs and sausage. There were lots of options for breakfast even though it was a small space. The staff I met were very kind and helpful.
