I arrived at the office to check in, and the doors were locked. I did eventually get checked in. I reserved a non-smoking room. The room I got was a smoking room! I could hardly breathe! The room was old and outdated! The tub looked dirty. The bed was hard and lumpy. How does health and human services allow these conditions to continue. This place should be condemned!

Terrible hotel. Very dirty, dirty bathroom, stained sheets, lack of amenities/breakfast, and did not feel secure in my room as door opens very easily without using key card. Not worth the price for even one night

Property was filthy. We the bathroom tub had dirt all over the bottom the shower curtain a quarter of the way up with black the sinks were filthy no closet no fridge no coffee pot. It was disgraceful.

Cigarette burns in the comforter, filthy floor, filthy bathroom, homeless bums begging for money... I wouldn't stay there again if it was free. Hotels.com should remove this disgusting place from their list!

Not too bad for a motel.

Very great stay! They let me reserve my room n stay n let me pay once I got there instead of online! They even let the other person I stayed there with stay over until 1pm waiting for his ride to come get him so he wasn’t out in the cold! Only bad thing I can say about it, is that I only had one wash rag I had to ask for more.

Not clean at all. Sheets were dirty, bathroom was not clean. Towel rods fell off and the rest wobbled on the wall. The room smelled like smoke.

My first stay was ok ....now its like they're BIPOLAR...THEY CHARGE WHAT THEY WANNA CHARGE..and act like u haven't been ALREADY spending hundreds or thousands if your homeless and need a room..take "breakfast" off your advertisement. It's Walmart little donuts

We did the checkin at 12:30 am in the night . The first room given to us was having a strong pungent smell of smoking . Initially we were just offered a room freshener to mitigate the smell in the room . Then, upon strong objection we were given another replacement room with 2 queen beds and a torn up bedsheet with a hole and a broken AC.

Pretty gross

I requested a non-smoking room but the room they gave me was clearly a smoking room. The second I opened the door I could smell the old smoke smell. When I brought this up to the management they sent a guy over to “investigate.” He sniffed around and asked if I wanted him to spray some air freshener.

There was no refrigerator or microwave. Asked for one and they brought us a refrigerator that didn’t work and was moldy. The room had not been cleaned. The tub had soap scum in it. Both the sink and bathtub were covered in burn marks. There was no amenities as advertised.
