Overall stay was good. The bathtub/shower was severely damaged. I did not take pictures, but it really should be replaced. It was quite off-putting. Room was clean, with amenities consistent with the price. Otherwise, I would recommend.

Breakfast was pretty unhealthy. Parking was good and owner/front desk staff was helpful. This is a bare bones property with no frills, Not even a coffee maker in the room. It seems like they could have done quite a bit more to make out stay better. No water fountain/machine/sink in the lobby meant we had to fill our water bottles in the bathroom. Yuck! Workout room needs a fan or two and more weights than just a set of huge 15+ pound dumbbells. We checked in after the listed check-in time and were sent to our room, but it was still dirty, and the bed had no sheets on it. We were told only the upstairs rooms were actually ready, so we were assigned a new room (upstairs). No elevator meant we had to haul all of our stuff up and down the stairs.

Pleasant Stay

Family stay in two rooms for one night. We all enjoyed our stay. There were no issues. The hotel appears to be relatively new. We didn't use any of the 'extras', such as breakfast.

Old hotel but super clean and the frontdesk people very friendly. Fridge an microwave in the room. That was a plus for me. I don't travel to Oshkosh often but I would definitely stay there again.
