This hotel is what it is. Cheap for the area. It was not very clean, the beds were not very comfortable, there was a strong smell in the room, no elevator. Would I stay here for a long trip no, for a quick stay overnight it gets the job done.

This wasn’t a great super 8. Our door didn’t close properly and you had to SLAM it in order for it to latch. Luckily we checked each time we left, but we left super early and couldn’t close it properly because we didn’t want to wake everyone up. The room itself was fine however the AC didn’t really work so it made for a really uncomfortable and hot sleep since it was July. I would stay here again if the AC had worked.

The best thing about this Super 8 Motel is the price, at the low end of Summit County lodging. The staff seems very nice, but the physical plant is old and worn, with the toilet area about the same size as found on passenger airliners, small. I'm sure that the staff does the best that they can with this old and very worn property. They keep it as clean as they can and fix the problems as they arise, but they don't have a great foundation to work with. I wouldn't recommend this facility to friends or family and will plan to spend a little more money on lodging the next time that I stay in Summit County. My grade for this property is a solid D and the staff gets a strong B, but that's not enough to average to a C. This is just one person's opinion based on one night's stay, so it could be better or it could be worse for you.

Sure, here’s a one-star review you can use or adapt: ⸻ ★☆☆☆☆ Disappointed and Concerned for Safety I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt obligated after my stay here. The hotel was not clean—carpets throughout the building were visibly dirty, the curtains in my room were stained, and the towels looked like they hadn’t been white in years. It gave the whole place a grimy, unkempt feel that made me question how well anything was being cleaned. Even worse, what looked like a secure side entrance (with a key card reader) was completely unsecured—anyone could just walk in without a key. That’s a major safety issue, especially for guests traveling alone. I didn’t feel safe staying here, and I definitely won’t be back. I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

I’m shocked that Wyndham would put their name on this property. It’s dirty, worn-out, and extremely outdated—the carpet alone looks straight out of the 1970s. I could list countless needed improvements, but even the basics are neglected. It’s disappointing that, in a location where vacancies are rare, there seems to be no effort to make this hotel truly habitable. Very disappointing experience.

Air conditioner broken in room, facility did not have space to relocate me, management is yet to respond to hotels.com customer service for reimbursement. Sink by bathroom very difficult to turn off, could not tell what direction what each temperature due to no markings. Staff acted inconvenienced by having to help us check in at arrival, sorry to interrupt your social hour.
