Beautiful and relaxing experience
Beautiful and chill location; excellent staff. It was annoying to have to move rooms the day after we arrived, but staff moved our packed luggage for us (with our permission) while we were out exploring to keep it easy. Loved snorkeling in the water right off the hotel. We felt the pool closed early (at 9 pm), and would have liked to use the hot tub later!

Quiet resort next to Mambo Beach
Resort was nice but dated. Daily free shuttle to supermarket was awesome. Beach chairs were always available at pools or beach.

Estadia PERFEITA!
Foi uma estadia incrível, nosso quarto tinha vista para o mar/ aquário, pudemos acompanhar o treinamento dos golfinhos em algumas manhãs. O café da manhã é a "la carte" e não buffet, mas não deixou nada a desejar, pelo contrário, nos surpreendeu com os detalhes e apresentação dos pratos e bebidas. Na primeira noite jantamos no restaurante e o polvo estava divino, um dos melhores que comemos na ilha. Todos os funcionários sempre foram atenciosos e simpáticos! A praia é linda e a programação do hotel é ótima para quem quiser aproveitar as facilidades, cinema na piscina, transporte com preço atraente para Punda Vibes. Amamos toda a estadia! Não possuem limpeza no quarto aos domingos, a mini cozinha super facilitou para montarmos comidinhas para levarmos nas praias e a máquina de gelo também foi essencial para abastecermos o cooler. Se voltar a Curaçao com certeza nos hospedaremos novamente no hotel!

The hotel was overall pretty good, however, the Restaurant was below average. The dinner and breakfast was horrible and it seem like all the staff that ran into said the same. This was a big turn off to me because it was the only Resturant on site. Do yourself a favor and upgrade your room to a room with a kitchen and stop by the local supermarket BEFORE you arrive and just cook your own meals..

Everything was great here, except, our ac unit leaked from the ceiling all over the floor on 2 separate occasions. So that took up some time getting it handled. On 2 separate days. They want you to clean the kitchen to avoid a $75 fee. Which is fine. But when we went to start the dishwasher to clean our dishes, it too leaked water all over the floor. Everything else was great and would've given 5 stars if not for that

I came out here to celebrate my 40th birthday! We had been traveling from 5AM Thursday morning and arrived to the resort by 7PM exhausted. We met Flor at the front desk and she made our whole process and stay phenomenal! Flor is a true gem from helping us check in and out, to referring us to places and stores near by, I mean she went above and beyond to make sure we were more than welcome! This was one of the best places I visited! I will definitely be back to Curaçao to vacation here and pray I see Flor again! I also hope they get a wider transportation so more money can go towards the resort. We wanted to go out one night and they were charging $25 to go 8 minutes away. But overall 10/10…thank you so much to Flor!!!

Family of 4 (8 & 10yo) First Visit to Curaçao. Objective: Snorkel from the beach and enjoy some Relaxation. Great weather. No Sargassum seaweed. Awesome wildlife and amazing coral. My only complaint about our trip is the lack of information available online. This pertains to the island as a whole and more specifically: dining options. We do plan to return. I didn’t realize the kitchen was so accommodating and I plan to pick up coffee and breakfast items prior to arrival on our next visit. We did buy reef-friendly sunscreen at the supermarket and bottled water however the tap water is absolutely fine. The restaurant next door is fine for a few meals and we will definitely go back. Mambo beach is a short walk; just stay near the water and pass by a few boats to get there. Unfortunately on the last day of our visit, my son hurt his knee and was unable to fully extend it. The Front Desk was super helpful and arranged for a doctor to visit to examine him. This saved us a lot of time and worry. My daughter and I salvaged the day and snorkeled from the beach at the resort, across the small channel and behind the rocks that surround Mambo Beach. It was amazing. We also really enjoyed Tugboat beach for snorkeling and Cas Abao beach for relaxation but we plan to return to revisit some areas and explore some new ones.

I thought this property was amazing. The staff were wonderful, especially Belfor. The location is ideal for divers and its right across from Ocean Encounters Dive Shop and they were also fantastic. I prefer to cook some of my own meals and sitting out on the patio to enjoy the ocean breeze and sunsets rather than eating put every meal. This resort had everything I needed.

The hotel is nice to stay. You have the pool and there is a private beach. The employees were very friendly and helpful. To be honest, I expected a bit more in luxury in the bathroom like in shampoo and slippers. That is what I expect from a 4* hotel/resort. Also it is quite old and dated. Even that the breakfast was good enough, you could only choose one drink and one dish for breakfast. Everything you ordered more, you had to pay for. Walking distance for other beaches as for restaurants and some shopping.

Management went out of their way to insure that we were satisfied…even moved us to a better location when we had issues. Disappointed that Orbitz changed their policies and we no longer were eligible for an upgarade…but that was NOT the fault of the property.
