Well, after a 40 minutes waiting to finally being able to check in, we drop our stuff in the room and went to grab dinner. We returned around Midnight. I went to prepare our 12 years old bed, and when I pulled the sofa bed there was no linen. Looked everywhere and nothing. Called the receptionist (Brandy) and informed my problem, she told me they were too crowded and there was no pillow available and she couldn’t guarantee there would be linen until the next morning. I asked for a solution, since we were paying for the night just like everyone else and had no linen for my kid! Then she said there was nothing she could do. She then transferred me to the manager, Joseph, but nothing he could do either. They gave linens the following morning only! The bathroom was filthy! The staff extremely loud, even in the middle of the night. The second night we arrived late, and there was a staff member going to a room, with a cell phone on speaker speaking so loud with a friend, totally unaware of people sleeping. They wanted us to participate in a presentation for their time share, of course we denied, I wouldn’t stay there again if they paid me. We left after our second night! I need a decent, respectful, clean place to rest with my family. Horrible place to stay. Administration is completely lost, if there is any. Stay away from Westgate Town Center Kissimmee!
