We were given our request for a quiet room away from highway noise, elevators, etc. and the room was very comfortable. The morning breakfast had hot and cold selections and met our dietary requirements. Staff were helpful and friendly. There were cookies in the evening, as well as hot decaf and regulator coffee available. The location provided easy access to various freeways and highways to get around Vancouver as well as across the river over to Portland and the Columbia River gorge area. There is the Vancouver mall nearby, and many restaurants nearby (by car) that we enjoyed. The jacuzzi and pool were open until 11 pm and it was a nice place to relax, but there was some competition for it on some nights. Parking was free and convenient, and the location seemed fairly free of crime or undesirable elements. There were some large groups that stayed at the hotel that created some noise in the late evening, but it was not super annoying most of the time over the week that we stayed there. Vancouver was a beautiful city, and the trees were all in bloom at the end of April when we were there.
