Poor first impression at the front desk. Inexperienced, not friendly, child like fool who didn’t communicate or make eye contact. Took way too long and didn’t give me my basic request. Hire better people. Neighborhood is terrible

Highly Recommended for Comfortable Stay!

Wonderful stay at Brockton Residence Inn! Quiet, comfortable and spacious room with great amenities. Breakfast was delicious each day with many choices, kitchenette in room furnished with dishes, pots and silverware for eating in if desired. Laundry facilities were a bonus! Friendly, efficient staff and very helpful.

The room smelled very musty. The bathroom and fridge also had a weird smell. Toaster started to smoke after using a few seconds.

The front desk staff Sharon. Was very friendly. The television in the room didn’t work, the entire time I was there. I contacted the front desk, the third party for the wireless system called and told me to reboot the system 2x still it didn’t work.

I'm truly looking for compensation for this stay, im a senior, no one offer to help me with my bags, when i got to the room i heard multiple dogs barking, i told management and they did fix the problem, however all night long i heard the grumbling of what sounded like a trash truck loading and unloading, in the morning i looked out my ground floor level window, there were two huge generators, that explains the constant grumbling noise. Please take this note into consideration, if not for my sake, for future guests. Kind Regards
