位置極近Kuta 沙灘 一出門口轉彎直達 跟Kuta 巿集有大約十分鐘路程 遠近來說還好 但不要太在意就好了 住宿方面 環境比想像的好 有點舊但整體都整潔 只是花灑水壓有點飄忽 時大時小 熱暖不一 早上早餐不錯 應有盡有 這間酒店外國人佔數比較重 少了中國亞洲等旅客 比較像旅遊

SCHRECKLICH. Maximal 2 Sterne Hotel.
Katastrophaler Service, lasse selten Bewertungen da, aber hier wurde das Mass überfüllt. Definitiv kein 4 Sterne Hotel, Hotelcliente ist als ob man hartz4 Leute in Ägypten gebracht hat auf Staatskosten. Nie so schrecklichen Frühstück gesehen, nur schwarzer Kaffee im Preis inkl. Alles andere muss man extra zahlen. Bacon ist eine zusammengewürfelte und geklebte Fleischmasse und wundert euch nicht, es ist das beste unter all dem Essen. Reception schärt sich eine dreck um dich, du als gast bist nichts! Duty Manager hat versprochen anzurufen nach dem Gespräch, 4 Tage hat man auf den Anruf gewartet 😂 Leute, MEIDET das Loch, macht ein grossen Bogen um die Bude. Vom Zustand der Pools , Zimmer und Strand sage ich euch besser nichts 😂 hatte Angst am Strand oder im Pool barfuss zu gehen. BLOSS NICHT NIT KIDS KOMMEN. DEM hotelmanagement würde ich empfehlen die ganze Situation mal zu überdenken und den Standard anbieten, den man beschriebt. Ich wollte nach erster Stunde wieder aufschrecken, Hotels.com hat an der reception angerufen um es zu besprechen, es wurde einfach aufgelegt 😂😂😂soviel zum Service. Liebe Grüsse als Zürich

Centrally located in Kuta beach, a lot of shops,restos, massage places around. Beautiful sunset from certain room. Room is relatively clean, AC worked well, breakfast is basic. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. However the road is always crowded, take an extra time to go to airport.

Good location and wonderful staff
Loved our stay however next time would stay in a pool view room instead of ocean view. The ocean view only had a large window which couldn't be opened and no balcony to sit out on. The room was good but in need of maintenance which is not the fault of the staff but the owner. The towels were old looking, fraid and grey looking. The staff were all fantastic. Location was good as walking distance to almost everything.

Great Central Location
Great quiet, spacious, hotel resort complex, in the busy bustling area of Kuta. Close to airport. We decided to stay here,for 2 nights, for some last minute luxury, before flying home. Pool area was lovely, there are actually 3 pools, but we only used one. Ocean view room was lovely, we were lucky to see fireworks quite close by, for full moon ceremony. Kuta beach was busy with hundreds of people, and I was delighted to see very few people pushing to sell their tourist products. It used to be such a problem in previous years, but thankfully not any more. The beach is clean, very minimal plastic and had many people swimming and surfing, a lovely holiday atmosphere.

The location is great, next to the beach and walking distances to 2 of the shopping mall in kuta, Bali. The staffs showed me the hospitality of Balinese people. A day before my check out, I would to send so post cards and the staff at the reception helped me to confirm a got enough stamp on my post cards and sent it for me as it was the weekend. After I came back home, I received an email from the hotel notifying me that the cards had been sent. Strongly recommended stay there for a comfortable leisure vacation.

This hotel didn’t dissapoint us, truly a wonderful service beyond our expectation❤️ This is one of our best overseas experience tho our first time in Bali. The room is a bit old detailed but didn’t bothered us because of the location which is in the heart of kuta. Their buffet breakfast is awesome which is different menu everyday while eating in the front of the pool facing the kuta beach 💙 The staff are very accomodating( they are very fast on whatever your request and very friendly ❤️ The place is in the heart of kuta so in the night you can go whatever you want(shopping,bar, restau,salon etc… We celebrate our son’s birthday and they make it extraordinary 🥹 we did really appreciate which the staff sing a birthday song for my son while we are having a breakfast with complementary cake, a cookie gift and flowerin the room❤️the staff’s effort and the room boy who makes the cake( towel cake) a 5 ⭐️ for you 👏👏👏my son is very happy seeing all your effort 🥰 Thank you so much Truntum for making our holiday extraordinary ❤️ As I said the service is the top natch on our stay 😍 This is not the last, will definetely come back here next year 😉

Absolutely fantastic! - The staff are kind, attentive and professional. - Facilities were amazing, 3 pools, laundry/dry cleaning service amazing restaurant. I've stayed in kuta twice before and after staying here, I won't stay elsewhere in kuta!
