Extremely outdated, mattress and bedding sheets along with everything else needs a full 100% makeover. Waste of money !

One night stay
Room was clean. Check in was easy even though it was late. The garbage truck at two in the morning emptying the dumpster was very disruptive, but that wasn’t the fault of the hotel. Overall, a basic clean room at a good price

Great stay!
Great stay for the price! Service was excellent. Room was very clean, our only “complaint” would be the bathroom was tiny in our room but was not a big deal to us. Great tv options and conveniently located.

Never again
Room smelled horrible. Bathtub was nasty. Sheets on one of the beds had a fresh stain of blood or pizza sauce. Didn’t get close enough to tell but they had not been washed!

Basic hotel outside central Gatlinburg. Quiet. Bed comfortable. Fridge with freezer; microwave. Could do with a good clean & minor repairs (toilet roll holder) Good value for money but not fancy.

The beds were hard and the pillows were to soft. No coffee pot in the room and had to go to the office for coffee. The tv did not work.

The room was not in good condition
We had many issues, first of all the smell of the room was really annoying, It was a very strong cleaning/freshener smell that didn't go away. The room didn't have sufficient lighting. The light behind the headboards didn't work properly. The bathtub looked terrible. No coffee maker in the room.

Perfect little motel
Perfect little motel that's walking distance to downtown. Pizza place right across the street in case you get hungry. Basic motel that was clean and comfortable. No irons in the rooms though, so plan accordingly.

I liked that I was able to walk to the madness of all the eating/shopping strip without having to pay $20 for convenient park (it’s a little under half a mile away) there are trolleys but we didn’t want to wait or deal with bus schedule. It was also super close to a breakfast on the opposite side (again walking distance and much closer) I also liked that while it was close it was also far enough from the traffic/noise too. The couple that run the place are super friendly and when we had some Tv issues he fixed it rather quickly. Not fancy but cute location. Wish they had a coffee maker inside each room rather than having to go to front desk for hot water that’s only like 6oz (I’m a big tea person nightly)

The staff was so friendly and honestly the best part about the stay. The hotel was rated 9/10 by reviews and said it was a 4 star hotel. Honestly the room smelled very clean but it needed updated badly. The sheets had holes, the tub was peeling, overall just very dated and needed paint and fixing up. However, if youre looking for a cheap stay close to gatlinburg this would be ok just to sleep in. Bring your own towels!
