I would give no stars if I could
We stayed at this hotel to and from our destination. On the way there, it wasn't too bad. No hand soap in the bathroom and no ice bucket. When we were leaving in the morning, someone spilled yogurt or something in the hallway and it was tracked all over the place. The cleaning crew was less than concerned when my husband pointed it out to them.
On the way back, we were disgusted by the cleanliness, or lack thereof, of the room. There was food between the headboard and the mattress, the floor in front of the door was sticky and there was a pile of something on the carpeted part of the floor. They moved us to another room, which had two queen beds instead of the single king that we had originally. It was marginally better, but the platforms on the beds stuck out so far from the mattress that I wracked my shin a dozen times. There were beads on the floor, which had obviously not been vacuumed. The luggage carts were also tiny. I would say one half step up from a Motel 6.
