We had a great experience. This isn't the newest or fanciest hotel but it is clean, safe and relatively quiet. My only suggestion is to bring your own pillow as the ones provided were very thin. Other than that we had a great 3 night stay and would definitely book again next time we're in the area.

Spent a few days here, didnt spend a lot of time in our room. We came to spend our days at Dollywood. And a little time at the island. We had a wonderful trip.

Have stayed here several times and I have never had any major complaints. The beds could be more comfortable but they aren't horrible. Staff very accommodating with trying to get me a ground floor room due to limited mobility. Very reasonable in price.

I don't even know where to start with this. I understand that at $63 for a night it will not be amazing but this is unacceptable in my opinion. Got to town for a graduation & really wanted to freshen up before going. Check-in is at 3pm. By 3:45pm the room was still not ready so we didn't get to freshen up. We got back really late & when entering our room I thought it had to be a joke. Stains on the sheets, white stain (I can only imagine what it was) on the top blanket, killed roughly 9 bugs that were on the sheets, the shower did not work, the fan in the bathroom just about fell out of the ceiling when it got turned on, there was mold & mildew in the shower, multiple holes in the ceiling that honestly looked like small bullet holes (I'm assuming that's not what they were) & the door barely locked. The office was closed & I could not get a hold of anyone. Absolutely horrible experience! I'd love to get my money back considering one of my family member's slept in the car because he was so grossed out. Please don't stay here!!

Bathroom was terrible. Ceiling tiles were brown water stained and warped like ready to collapse. When taking a shower, the water drained so slowly it filled the tub around your feet. You have to pull out the handle to turn the water on, and this was so hard, even for me a healthy strong man. I let the staff know of these bathroom issues and all they could say is it's an old motel with old plumbing. No daily service, only clean after you checkout. I guess if you just need a bed inside to sleep this motel is for you, price is low, now you know why.

I pretty much knew what I was getting when I booked. But honestly we only stayed one night out of the 2 we paid. The pillows were so thin I had trouble sleeping. Towels were thin and one had a stain.

Checked and was we would have maid service the length of stay. Found the bed had not bed made and trash was not emptied. We made the bed ourselves. We complained to the front desk. They offered to move us to another room. We decided to stayt since the bathroom and jacuzzi tub were clean. We still had a wonderful honeymoon

We stayed here one night on our way to vacation. The room had a smell and had damaged doors and floors. It seemed like it was clean but I felt kinda gross. The shower was gross. It also way extremely loud all night.
