Don’t stay if you want to sleep
Stayed one night for a business trip. Construction workers had a parking lot party, cooking out in the backs of their trucks, and playing loud music until midnight. I called the front desk at 10:15 and asked them to please stop the noise and it just got louder after I complained. I called a second time at 11pm and the front desk walked outside with the phone in hand and yelled “the girl upstairs says you’re being too loud.” Needless to say, no one cared and I got no sleep. The hotel is really a motel and it’s just a place to lay your head for the night. Dont expect a good nights rest. Coffee maker and blow dryer don’t work either.

Stay here if in Lancaster
We moved to the Quality Inn after a terrible night at the Super 8 by Wyndham across the street. The clerk at check in was nice, the room was clean and pretty up to date.

This place is so bad we checked out after being there for just 5 hours. The room immediately smelled of cigarette smoke upon entry, there were cigarette ashes on the lamp beside the bed, stains on the chair, curtains and walls, there was a splatter that was either red wine or blood on the wall near restroom, the AC squeaked constantly, and there were several bugs in the room due to a crack in the door that you could see through to the outside. The staff, at the front desk seemed to be unbothered and didn't care about my complaints either. She was courteous but not warm or pleasant. No receipt was offered for my checkout. I can only hope I won't be charged for something additional. Totally wish I could get a refund but I'm aware that's a slim slim chance. I will never stay here again or perhaps any other hotel owned by this company. Don't waste your money.

Non-smoking room is non-existent
We requested a non-smoking room, however our room smelled like smoke and was very musty. We didn’t even stay the second night but of course were charged. The mattress was lined with plastic making it too hot and sticky to sleep. It was very uncomfortable. Will not be staying here ever again.

I arrived to find the place with no power and she couldnt even check me into a room. We ended up having to go over an hour away to find somewhere else to stay

Check in was fine! Our room was in a back building with other guests directly above us, despite the fact that the hotel was fairly empty. We were next to the stairs which resulted in some noise issues as other guests arrived. AC unit was loud and beds were uncomfortable. The room was very damp and we noted 2 live cockroaches. Would not recommend.

The water backed up in the shower and the toilet so neither was useable after the first use. The water stayed backed up into the morning and there was not other accessible bathroom to guests outside of the one in your room. The room was outdated and needed an updated including better lighting for a bedroom. We were in the non-smoking building but you could see where walls, the tub of the shower, curtains, etc. had been burned from allowing smoking in the room in the past. The concierge that checked us in had no enthusiasm and we appeared to be an inconvenience. The card key folder given to us with our card keys appeared to be used more than once.
