Arrived roughly at 9 pm it took almost 30 mins for receptionist to talk to me and check me in because she was trouble shooting a customer ahead of me and the computer was tie up and she was on the phone. When she did get to me it only took her about 3 mins. I check out at 4 am and went to lobby to turn in my room key and a man had the door lock and he seem a little irritated to have to open the door. I ask him for a receipt for the stay and he told me that he cant because he is in the middle of an audit. I walk away and told him this place is terrible and as he lock the told he had some kind words for me as I walked away.

Passable for a night.

We didn’t hold out great expectations of this motel so ultimately wasn’t left disappointed. On arrival we were placed into a different room category to what we had paid for. We brought this to the offices attention and this was rectified. The room was a little smelly, the microwave had not been cleaned and a dirty face cloth from the previous guest was still hanging in the shower, though cleaner did have the time to leave a ‘don’t forget to tip me’ slip. Overall we had an ok sleep, the aircon worked fine, tv worked, and water was hot. The toilet would run quite loudly periodically but we just turned the tap off during the night. This is an aging motel that could do with so TLC, bit pricey for what it was but ok for a night.

Not really a family location

Four of us ended up staying here as it seemed to be a reasonable establishment (based on the Hotels.com website) and we were exhausted and couldn't make it to Great Falls. Check-in was interesting, I have never had to provide government-issued ID for EVERY person in the room before. We joked that this was for ID purposes in case we didn't survive the night! We arrived after dark and the area looked rather sketchy. The room was OK, but not really clean. The table in the room was very sticky. The lighting was very poor and there were next to no plugins to charge our devices. One would not want to be drunk in the room as the floor was far from level and quite uneven. It had lots of hot water - must have been almost boiling right out of the tap. Don't expect any toiletries (eg shampoo) and only 1 bar of soap. The bed spreads had mystery stains on them. All this for right around $170 for one night. Why are MT hotels so expensive? We slept reasonably well and were happy to leave.

Good economical place to stay

Comfortable beds. Clean room. Easy and very secure parking. Awesome location for taking in north Butte activities by foot. My family and i have stayed here three years in a row.

Take this location off your list!!!

-Stairwell was eroding away. Very dangerous. The refrigerator in the room did not work. Bathroom, toilet, & sink areas were dirty with black mold in the shower area. No coffee pot in the room. Only bar soap supplied. No hair dryer, iron or alarm clock. Not enough outlets. Dim, with only two lamps near the bedside. Both pillows were flat. Only vending machines. + Linens were clean. Window had blackout curtain. Main ice machine worked.

Be advised!!

This is my frist 1 star review across the bord!!! Where to even begin, the smell of the room hits you in the face like a heavyweight boxer. And continues to assault you throughout your stay. The sheats and pillows looked to be clean but i wouldnt bet on it. The bathroom, the dreaded bathroom, the vent cover ripped off the wall, numerous "hiding places" for "bugs" actual and electronic. The shower felt like it was trying to kill me, finally get the water to a good temp and suddenly scortching hot followed by freezing cold. Felt dirtier getting out than I did getting in. Over two hours after our departure and I can still smell that funk!! I would only suggest this place for people I STRONGLY dislike!!!
