Where do I start? The loft we booked wasn't ready when we got in at 6pm and they said it would be at least another half an hour. I asked of they had anything else that would sleep 5 and they gave us a downgraded room but they did not adjust price.
When we got to the room there was one towel and two floor mats, one was visibly stained or used. And, there was no toilet paper. We tried calling the front desk to request more towels and it just rings. No one ever answered. So we had to walk all the way from one end of the property to the desk to request these things. Later on we found that there was no bedding for the sleeper sofa, so again, we called the front desk. No answer again. So we walked all the way back to get it, it were told they didn't have any there so they would have housekeep bring a set. This was at 9 pm, by ten we still didn't have it and we tried calling again to ask for it, there again was no answer.
The grounds are littered, the furniture is old and worn. And the dog across the hall barked and howled for hours.
There also was no coffee at the in room coffee maker, but we don't drink coffee so that didn't effect us much, but it's another area they are lacking.
