Avoid This Hotel – Dirty Rooms and Unsafe Conditio
I had a terrible stay at this hotel. The pool was covered in green water, and it was obvious it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The rooms were in awful condition—dirty, unkempt, and very unpleasant. On top of that, there were homeless individuals around the hotel, which created a very uncomfortable and unsafe atmosphere. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely not be coming back.

Worst Hotel ever
Worst experience ever. We paid for 4 rooms and all were dirty, it looks that the rooms were not clean after the last customer. This was a nightmare. This hotel should be close.

Deplorável
O lugar não condiz com as fotos do site. É bem localizado, mas muito degradado, sujeira para todos os lados e pessoas estranhas circulando o hotel. O quarto tinha um cheiro forte de mofo, mas não é de todo ruim, o ar condicionado é bom, a cama era muito mole, mas a roupa de cama limpa. Chuveiro velho, mas com água quente. Os moveis ultrapassados, escuros. Tive um susto enorme em um dos dias com batida da polícia na madrugada. Muita gritaria e muitos policiais. Ninguém soube me informar do acontecido. O café da manhã que informam no site é tão somente um copo de café e duas barras de cereal, que vc tem que implorar na recepção para retirar. Nessa experiência nada agradável, se salvou um atendente chamado Carlos um Colombiano educado e solícito com os clientes. No mais, volto a destacar que as fotos do anúncio estão longe da realidade.

Worst stay not worth the headache
Horrendous. It smelled like cigarettes the entire time and the manager laughed in our faces when we complained. We were not told times for breakfast and how breakfast was served and only gave us granola bars and said it was our fault for not knowing the time for breakfast and said he shouldn’t have given us them in the first place.

SMH i got 2 towels total only. No wash cloth, hand towels, or bath tub towel. No phone to call the front desk. The top latch for extra security broken.

Don’t stay here
I booked this hotel, one because of the cost and two because it stated in the information that breakfast was available. Upon arrival I checked in and went to the room. It smelled like urine. The carpet was badly stained and damaged. There was hair on the bed covers, and bathroom walls, food crumbs on the countertop. Only had 2 bath towels and both standee or possibly dirty, one hand towel and one washcloth. The shower had mold also. I asked the front desk associate if I could get more towels and was told the hotel is fully booked and there was no way to receive additional towels. When it came time for breakfast I went to the lobby and didn’t see breakfast, I asked if I was late (it was only 8am) and I was told that there is a grab and go breakfast, and was handed granola bars, and told coffee and juice was around the corner. Needless to say I had to go out for breakfast. The hotel was just very disappointing. The only good part of the hotel was it proximity to universal studios.
