很一般，性價比低。

位置方便，步行一分鐘路程就到tube入口，走路十分鐘左右到倫敦塔橋。酒店設施殘舊，房內天花有蜘蛛網。一開始給我們一間冷氣壞了的房間，並沒有塔橋景觀。然後我們要求換一間冷氣正常運作的，然後就換到底層望對面酒店的房間，也是沒有塔橋景觀，還好冷氣運作正常。但晚上聽到類似酒吧傳來的噪音，淺睡的人可能會睡不好，一直到凌晨才沒有噪音。酒店服務員態度一般，不熱情，開頭不願幫我們換房，說等十五分鐘讓他們解決冷氣問題，然後我們堅持換房，在大堂等了廿分鐘左右才安排我們到另一個房間。相比我們之後到伯明翰、劍橋、巴斯、雷丁的酒店，服務員的態度都比倫敦這家好，亦沒有出現冷氣壞這個問題。

Très belle et grande chambre tranquille.... Sauf que, malheureusement il était impossible d'utiliser le frigo car il est connecté à un système de sécurité et impossible d'ouvrir sans payer un certain dépôt, pas très grave mais bon, un système un peu ordinaire. GLACE À VOLONTÉ par contre! Un bain dans la salle de bain! Aucune utilité, à enlever au plus vite ! Le comcast (JE DÉTESTE!!!) au lieu d'utiliser un câble HDMI...... pas pratique car impossible de ”caster” sur tous les sites, seulement prime ,youtube et Netflix,pas idéal comme option. Hotel très bien située, petit café et resto correct. Employés agréable aussi mise a part 2 personnes. Très beau gym!! Très belle piscine avec 8 transats vite monopolisés tout comme le jacuzzi .

The room air con didnt work. It had a HL code on the thermostat appear when trying to adjust anything. Although it went down to 19 degrees the room never went below 21.5 all night. I did report to reception who said they could look i to a room swap but then the air con kicked in so we didnt move. However, after a few minutes it stopped working again by which point it was really late and we had gone to bed. So i said about the issues upon check out but the staff didnt even acknowledge the issue. I wasnt impressed either by the issue or the staff reponse. I wont be staying at the Leonardo again. The only good thing i can say is that the room was clean.

Room was clean and comfortable. Location is great. Check in took 30 minutes of queuing. We hadn’t checked in on line before arriving but the friends who had still had to queue with the rest of us! Staff thanked us for being patient. The whole hotel, including our room, was uncomfortably hot and the aircon in our room wasn’t working. We asked a staff member to look into this but nothing changed. The hotel is quite expensive and we found it a bit disappointing

I had so many issues with my stay here. First off, I was sent all the way to my room on the 8th floor, I go in and start to unpack my things including some drinks I wanted to put in the mini fridge. To my surprise, the fridge would not open at all ? No sign or anything indicating what the actual reason was, so I had to call down to reception to take forever to answer, to be told the fridge is locked and I would need to come all the way back down to reception to pay £50 for them to unlocked the fridge and they would refund it back if nothing was touched after my stay. This was frustrating as I’d already undressed and I should’ve just been informed when checking in. I then asked for a bucket of ice which hadn’t arrived after 30 minutes so I called down again to check the status and the person on the phone told me they’d forgotten what room number I was so they didn’t bother to bring me the ice because they didn’t want to knock on all of the rooms to find me..the next issue was that I tried to connect my phone with the tv using the barcode they have on the display screen and it did not work. Maintenance had to come and check it and confirmed it wasn’t working and he couldn’t fix it and he would report this so I could move rooms. Another 30+ minutes went by and I still hadn’t heard anything so again I’ve had to call down to reception. I finally had my room moved and when I collected all of my stuff together I got to the room and it was significantly smaller, smelled awful and th

Vi fick ett rum med fantastisk utsikt över Towern och Towern bridge, det gjorde verkligen hela vistelsen! Rummet var i övrigt bra storlek och det funkade fint för 2 vuxna och 2 barn. Frukosten var toppen! Läget var perfekt med både bussar och tunnelbana nån minut bort. Området kändes säkert! Personalen var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam! Skulle definitivt bo där igen!

Pool was busy, a bit colder than expected and there were only 8 loungers so didn’t get to sit by the pool as hoped and had to just put stuff on hooks instead. Sauna and steam room nice. Hotel itself fine.
