I wish they had a small fridge. I had to toss my food I brought with me. The hotel showed signs of deferred maintenance, but it was clean, the staff friendly, the bed comfortable and for the price, worth it.

Not the best

Employees were very accommodating & friendly. Bed & pillows were comfortable. There were a few issues in that there was no ice (machines broken), toilets sit very low to the ground in the rooms, breakfast mediocre at best & not stocked, musty smell in the rooms. Hot water ran out. I have stayed there on business several times & these things have always been an issue.

Not as pictured on website

The deluxe room that we paid for was not as pictured on the website. Our room was gross smelling & the bathroom floor was sp greasy that we almost fell wearing sneakers. The staff immediately moved us to a new room, but the new room wasn't much better.They advertised a 97 cleanliness report, but the inspector must've been blindfolded with a mask covering his nose. All you could smell was stale smoke & body oder that has set in after years of people smoking in the rooms. The carpet was so dirty & stained that we wore our shoes anytime we got out of bed. There were stains all over the desk chair, walls & ceiling. Imagine our surprise when we walked in & saw old cabinets with a sink separating the 2 beds with full wall to wall mirrors at the head of each bed. Reminded me of an old 70's style room that you would expect to see in an old porn movie. Our teen daughter was horrified! Thank god we didn't have a black light that shows ALL stains. I shudder to think of what was unseen! Don't let the outside of the building fool you. The staff was great though. They are stuck in a bad situation & I don't blame them.

Microtel room was a little dim

The hotel needs to be updated. The outside door doesn't close easily at night. The desk clerk doesn't work at the front desk. My light in the room only worked from one of the switches near my bed. I had to turn on the bathroom light to find a working light switch.

Not what we expected

1. While room had been cleaned, we had to move from original room to another because of a mildew mold smell. When we requested to be moved Front Desk lady said it would be a $10 charge. Was not willing to be accommodating until spoke of next step actions. 2nd room smell a little be. We purchased Lysol and cleaning supplies to help with room scent. 2. Someone tried to use our cc on file. Had to cancel card due to unauthorized purchases. Only use this card for deposits at hotels. 3. There were unhoused ppl staying there and gathered heavily in the smoking area out front. Will not stay again unless no other options.

Decent for a night. Room smelled a little funny when we first walked in but it wasn't noticeable after being in there a few minutes. Smelled Marijuana at times but that seens to be the norm lately. Breakfast was just okay.

worst stay

dirty and yucky feeling and looks nothing like the photos on hotels.com we saw a roach bug on a table in the breakfast dinning area. the beds are awful and the area was noisy with sketchy people hanging around. hands down worst microtel ive ever been in. we only stayed because i booked online and it was the cheaper of the two options.

Room smelled like smoke

Hotel is not maintained very well. Room smelled like smoker has been in room. Bed spread actually had a cigarette burn in the middle. AC was marginal and took several hours to cool room. Carpet is very dirty and probably needs to be replaced due to smoke odor
