Not worth the price
This was a night that was busy, had big event a mile and a half away at city center. When arrived no one at ftont ask, took 15 minutes for anyone to check us in. We asked if hotel offered a shuttle to the event, attendant didn't know, said wasn't from the aera, only to find out later there was a free trolley 2 buildings over. Hotel very outdated, furniture scratch up and damaged, bathroom shower was dirty, coffee spilled all down bathroom door. Walls paper thin could hear everything all night long, no sleep at all.

Wouldn’t recommend staying here
Our room smelled like cigarette smoke. Told the clerk; no offer to change rooms. Elevator was not working. Pool was closed. No towels, wipes, or water in the fitness center. On the upside, our bathroom was very clean.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room we were given was in poor condition—several pieces of furniture showed excessive wear, with missing handles on the drawers and even a hole in the shower curtain. Basic amenities were lacking, as there was no alarm clock, and the outlets on the nightstand didn’t work, making it difficult to charge devices. To make matters worse, an employee knocked on our door at 11:00pm, waking us up to fix an error with our reservation, which could have easily been handled earlier in the evening before we went to bed. This level of disruption was completely unacceptable. On top of that, the noise from the room above us was unbearable. It sounded like people were jumping and stomping well past midnight, making it impossible to get a restful night’s sleep. Overall, the lack of care in both the maintenance of the room and how issues were handled made this one of the worst hotel stays we’ve experienced. I would not recommend staying here.

BYOB- bring your own basics
The property is very worn and needs attention. Basics were missing from our room- no hand soap, no blankets on the beds. ONE washcloth, ONE hand towel and only three full sized towels. Some kind of the electrical outlets did not work. The shower dripped all night and the shower head was a light shower with a river of water leaking out the side. Will not stay here again.

The property is not maintained, the front door needed some wd40, our room had a lock issue and we were stuck in the hallway for over an hour while maintenance had to remove the lock. The lock has a screw loose so the lock wasnt secure. You have to tell them you want your room cleaned. If they dont clean it, they dont replenish the towels. I requested they comp the last night due to all the issues, but it didnt happen.

The Negatively Reviewed Hotel.
Staff were friendly, however, there were a number of issues with the hotel. 1. Broken toilet seat in public bathroom (down the hallway, past the lounge.) 2. No soap in public bathroom 3. Some breakfast entrees (sausage, eggs) were over an hour late. 4. Staff sat on the front counters 5. Sign reading that desk staff was away helping guest was permanently posted on front counter. It was difficult to tell if the staff member was in the back room or if they were truly away from the desk helping a guest. The staff member was in the back room on 2 out of 3 occasions. 6. No trash bag in dining area waste basket. People started to throw trash away in to unlined basket. A trash bag was added about a half hour later. 7. Shower faucet in room 223 leaked

Yuck!
One of our worst hotel stays yet! Counters were dirty - like they hadn’t been washed in a while. Tub with chips, no bar soap or hand wash, crack in floor with a soft spot, slits in blinds and a rickety desk that my husband had to readjust so it wouldn’t collapse! The kicker was the air conditioner vent crashing off around 3:00 am! Also not that we were planning on using pool, but green, mold bottom.

The curtains were ripped up, floors dirty, safety lock was broke in room, knobs were missing on dressers, and anyone could access door from outside without a key entry. We bought 2 nights and were refunded for our second night.
