The hot-tub is permanently out of service and the pool was too cold for my children to swim in. If I had to give breakfast a score of 1-10...I'd give it a 2. They seemed to be out of staple breakfast items you see at more breakfasts that are included with hotel stays. However, this stay was MUCH better than the stay the previous year. Still room for improvement.

We came for family Christmas. It was a great place to hang out, swim, have breakfast. The local shops are a great addition! The Mexican restaurant next door serves wonderful Margaritas! Our rooms remote control did not work. The attendant tried to reprogram it, but was unsuccessful. They no longer serve cookies in the lobby in the afternoon. That was a bummer. The hotel is dog friendly. We watched at least 6 well behaved dogs wander through the halls and there was one misbehaving Chihuahua. Great establishment for the price! Unfortunately, there is no longer a hot tub! It has been covered with plywood and carpet. But,I paid less than $90 for a night stay for 4 of us and breakfast, plus swimming and hanging out with family. We laughed, some cried, we ate and did crafts. We opened gifts and had a grand time!

Do not go here thinking you will have a hot tub/spa by the pool like it shows in pictures. Arrived to find it covered over. Spoke with the front desk lady and she told us it leaked and shorted out so covered up Not offered a room with hot tub even when we told her that was the reason we booked this hotel. Very disappointed!!!!! Should take the picture with hot tub by pool off their site!!!!!

The air conditioner was filthy and made me sneeze. Hair in the shower.

Never again! Poor customer service, carpet was wet in our room. No hot tub. Bed was miserable. Smelled musty, moldy, mildew in the room.

Problems from check in to check out. Poor customer service, always preceeded with the words, "Well, you booked on line so we can't..." toilet didn't function - had to fight to get a new room - in which the tv was messed up. Room was not cleaned by housekeeping. Breakfast food seemed to be reheated and reused day after day. Eggs swimming in some sort of liquid; biscuts could be used for hockey pucks; gravy seemed like a vehicle for food poisoning. There was never an apology for things that went wrong - only excuses, always preceeded by, we see you booked online so we can't _____________. What I can't do is ever book in this hotel again, even though I expect to be back for business. It will be worthwhile to stay further away in another town.

It was great just what we needed.
