Long time customer no more
I’ve been staying here for over a year, often once a month bc my family lives in Erie. The hotel is clean, the staff are nice, but there are minimal amenities. They recently started charging to park, and if you book through the actual hotel and not a booking service, there are a ridiculous amount of extra “taxes and fees”. From the pictures, it is clear that there is ample parking, so the fee is pure greed. I will be staying at the Hilton Garden Inn from now on (which is on the same road, so equally convenient to the highway). They offer free parking, pet friendly, three restaurants, free WiFi and once the Holiday Inn adds on the new parking fee, the cost is the same. I would rather sleep in my car than stay with this hotel
