Awful Stay!!
The 1st room we got put into the bathroom light flickered like a strobe light. The microwave didn't work. Worst of all is the Tv didn't stay on and only got news channels. So the put us into a smaller room. The Tv was smaller but did stay on. There was only one chair in the room so one of us always had to sit on the bed. There was some white stuff on the night stand(not sure what it was). The outside door closest to our room wouldn't open with our key card. We either had to walk around or put something in the door to run to our car. 2 hours after check in we finally got settled in our room and I went to take a bath and relax but the stopper wouldn't plug the tub. We had to shove a washcloth in it to stop the water. So the next mornings we went down to get breakfast 45 min before it ended and there was only 1 egg, 1 sausage patty, cereal, 3 small powdered donuts, and a line of 4 people for the 1 waffle maker. So we didn't get breakfast. We asked to change hotels and they told us we couldn't because they already took our money and put it in the safe. We won't be going back there!!

Room 122 Review
The room was clean however there were several things that were worn out or not in working order. 1. The security lach was loose so you really had to make sure it was pushed back otherwise it would lock you out of the room. This happened once while I was in the room, my husband got locked out. 2. Loose toilet seat 3. Bathroom vent fan switch was missing 4. Shower diverter spout hardly worked to take a shower. 5. Electrical outlets were loose so it was hard to keep a charge going for devices. 6. Lamp between beds was broken. First one light bulb burned out then the plug at the base quit working. 7. Walks outside were not shoveled or salted

Needs updating
The workers were friendly and helpful. The hot tub was in need up updating and cleaning. The trim in the hallway was ripped off and not repaired. Pillows super uncomfortable. Clean, but outdated. The price was low. I guess you get what you pay for!

Battle Creek
The hotel was ok, it’s nothing like the photos. Also we wasn’t aware that they lock the door at 12.00. We stood outside for about 5 to 7 min. Waiting for the clerk to answer the phone and let us in. The breakfast was ok. For what we pay. Sausages was the only microwave meat. We also took a train wasn’t aware it wasn’t uber. It say casino 14 min from hotel. But the walk say 2hrs and 10 min. Very misleading. 4 restaurant in walking distance . So taking a cab is something you wouldn’t have a choice. 25 dollar one way for 14 miles. We were across from a high school they had a awesome Christmas Parade.

Great value, private jacuzzi was worth so much. They need to replace the cables on the weight machine in the fitness though, it's unusable and potentially dangerous otherwise.

Staff was friendly. Rooms curtain wouldn't close fully so you can see into rooms. I saw another room like this too. Neighbor was so loud, i could hear his full conversations thru the door.

I usually don’t put reviews up but this place was so bad. The staff were not very friendly at all. Everyone checking in looked like they were going in to smoke crack. They say they’re “remodeling” but they’re not. There was a dirty depends diaper in our bathroom when we checked in. The whole place just felt very unsafe. The rooms were really small too. Dirty inside the room. There was a handprint with something crusty on the dresser by the bed. The only good things were the tv and non carpet floors in the rooms. That’s it.

Close proximity to where I needed to be. Clean and friendly staff. The property is going through an update, the only negative is that there was no elevator if someone had bigger or heavier luggage, that could be challenging.
