总体来说还是不错的，服务态度很好，住了6晚，只是每天早餐一摸一样。

It was a most enjoyable and pleasurable stay! Check in was quick and stress-free. The room was quite cozy. All the amenities I look forward to. I was not disappointed. The bed was just what I needed when it came time to turn in. More importantly, the pillows made my night's sleep simply wonderful. This was my first stay but it will not be my last.

I enjoyed the stay but I mentioned twice about the bath tub water not draining and wasn’t fixed.

It was clean. Staff very friendly.

check in took forever. room was unbearably hot. no exhaust fan in the bathroom, even hotter in there. they show favoritism to those who book directly with them. third party bookers are treated horribly. the ac is shut off from 11pm to 9am. i called when i woke up in a puddle of sweat to complain. they said they wanted to send a stranger into my room to fix it. definitely not happening during covi-19. they should have taken care of ANY issues, which i’ve seen many complaints on different review sites, before any guest checks in. the front desk is incredibly rude. i was told since i booked through a 3rd party that i’d have to complain to them. hotel didn’t do anything to compensate us for the horrible conditions. house keeper did NOT have gloves or a mask on. nobody cleaned a single surface with disinfectant. carpet was moist. hair in bathroom. most disgusting place i’ve ever stayed in my life. does not live up to the standards of the area it is located.

The place was a bit run down and they still had the heat on so it was boiling in our room. We were told repeatedly they could do nothing about it. We also requested a rollaway cot and were told by the front desk that it would be an additional charge of $20 a night but they had none available. Our reservation said it would be included which we told them but they said that was incorrect. The next day we checked in again to see if a cot was available yet, and this time we were told there was many available. Then they told us they were never out of them and there was no additional charge. We were grateful to get one, but I found myself not sure if the staff knew anything. Could they really not turn down our heat? We bought fans because it was so hot. The whole experience was odd there. We would have gone elsewhere if we could have been refunded.

Not good. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone....

Air conditioning did not work properly. Front desk employees were wonderful!
