We were assigned room 221 and first attempt with key....didnt work. Tried both keys all different ways and it still didnt work. We went back downstairs to get key fixed. Went back upstairs. Tried keys again still cant get in and suddenly a man opens the door....to our room and said "you've got the wrong room". We go back downstairs and were told the front desk person couldn't help us as they were fully booked and her Manager would be coming in 30 minutes to address the issue. We were exhausted, had a room that wad paid for two nights suddenly unavailable because they gave it to SOMEONE ELSE!!! It wasnt until I had sat for 20 minutes that the front desk person who was saying unprofessional statements about all employees of hotel. She then says "come here, I dont think anyone is in room 224, you can have that room and if someone is in there, just come back down." I said we purchased a room for 2 nights she said "yeah, it will be fine" all night people were trying keys in our lock attempting to open our door! I got no sleep, we packed our luggage and called to infor we would NOT be coming back due to the horrible issues and fear for our safety!
