Horrible service and attitude at the Radisson
We arrived late for our daughter’s graduation. There was no hot water in the bathroom sink only cold. I couldn’t call down to the desk because the phone didn’t work. We had to wash our faces and brush our teeth in the tub faucet which had hot water. I called the desk on my cell 6 times the woman downstairs didn’t pick up the phone and the room phone didn’t work. For the next two days we left messages for the manager -no one called us back. When I finally spoke with the manager she wasn’t apologetic, didnt say anything to the effect that she was sorry we had a miserable experience, instead she said I was a liar.
She was rude, talked over me, wouldn’t listen to my complaints -just interrupted. This hotel is in the service business, they should be polite and accommodating.
Stay elsewhere.
