Stayed on third floor. Room was very outdated. Bedds were very uncomfotable and the heater did not get warm. Called front desk. The guy came right up to look at it, saud he fixed it. It never warmed up.

Most AMAZING SERVICE by all staff.
The staff at the Drury Hotel is fantastic and friendly—literally, everyone you encounter in all departments. The hotel was very clean, and our room was spacious and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was hot and offered a wide variety of items to choose from. We were also pleasantly surprised by the food and beverage options during the early dinner hour. We parked in their parking garage, which has easy elevator access, for a fee. The hotel is just three blocks from Broadway Street in downtown Nashville and close to several museums. We travel frequently and give this place 10 stars!

No shuttle and unfriendly dog!
We booked this stay particularly because they have (or had) a shuttle service to Silver Dollar City. Found out at check-in that shuttle is no longer offered. Morning of check out, could hear a dog barking. Come to find out, dog belongs to employee! And dog is NOT friendly. A large standard poodle was behind the desk. I spoke to it and it barked loudly at me. No one ever came to the desk. I needed shampoo because my room had 2 conditioners. Bring back the shuttle and get rid of the unfriendly dog (we love dogs) or we are done with this place.

Don't be fooled by the exterior. I was hesitant upon arriving the building is obviously not new but has been well cared for. Small hickup with checking in however john was very nice and promply found my reservation and checked us in. The room was beyond expectations. 2 balconies very large room with comfortable bed. We had the king suite which i highly recommend the jet tub is amazing. Sitting room had some wear to the furniture but was cozy and clean. Pool was unfortunately heatless, while they await new heater but after 30 min in the hot tub we took a polar plunge anyway. Definitely would book again.

Flooring was coming up in places it was so old and we had to leave a day early due to illness front desk was called from the room per their instructions when we checked in was told ok thanks for letting them know we we’re supposed to have received our receipt per email and we still have not received it 2 days later

There no free breakfast and the pool water was so cold couldn't use it. If you wanted breakfast you had to pay for it. And it wasn't worth what they changed.

Clerk of the day.
Caught in huge rain storm at a park, came in wet. Clerk at desk worked hard to find our reservation because it had not been forwarded from travelocity. In spite of half the rooms being out of electricity due to the storm, she got us into rooms quickly and made us feel welcome. Good job.

This property is old and outdated. Carpet in the room was old and dirty. Wall trim was coming off in several places in the bathroom. No lock on side entry doors where most hotels use a lock that has to be open with a room key. I will not stay here again!

We were told that there would Meals available in their restaurant on-site however once we got there we were informed that their restaurant was closed and was closed all weekend also also we put the tag out on the door to have fresh towels and room service and when we got back we didn't have clean towels or anything else I will not stay at the Best Western hotel again

Decent hotel, wonderful room.
I have to say this is one nice looking hotel room that I stayed in. It was an amazing price on what turned out to be the honeymoon suite. Anyway, it had a hot tub in it. It was simply gorgeous. The rest of the hotel was decent. They have a restaurant with a breakfast buffet. I left before it opened at 7:00 a.m. it looked really good though. This is a wonderful hotel to choose if you were going to Silver Dollar city. That's what I did.
